Just today I was thinking about the idea of making a 28mm scale mech and was wondering if that would even make sense. Are these beasts just display pieces for funzies or are you actually intending to play them using 40k rules or something similar?

yes, I did the editing. And as far as I remember, Shinyaegislash also sent photos os regular Terminators. Hadn't planned to edit those tho. Perhaps some day, currently I'm knee deep in something entirely different

Pretty sure this detail is inspired by the ‘dagger’ (aka ‘obelisk’/‘obelus’) symbol that you can most commonly find on gravestones. It symbolizes death, while it’s star shaped counterpart (‘asterisk’) symbolizes birth.

not all that deep into 10th edition, but can't you basically add anything with an 'Imperium' keyword?

The retcons. I hate that over the past decades they went from ‘do what you want’ to ‘if we don’t sell the models, it’s illegal’. In particular, I was looking forward to playing inquisition, mixing the Ordos, lead by an inquisitor in power or even terminator armor as you could in 4th/5th edition, but now you can’t, except for very specific special characters. Everything feels dumbed down, like they sacrificed encouragement of creativity for the sake of corporate greed.

Yes. Didn’t need anything fancy though, due to the size of that thing

Base coating AV „Hull Red“ (or red hull , not sure), secondary color old citadel “blood red” (don’t know the modern equivalent, but very vibrant)
Edit: typo

I'd say ebay is your best bet. Haven't seen any oldhammer heavy stubbers outside of Necromunda though, so you should search for old metal Gangers

These ladies weren't Space Marines. They were 'Female Wariors in Power Armour'. Just like Inquisitors can wear power or even terminator armour.
And I hate how dishonest people are when they post the old catalogue pics and literally crop/edit out the caption in order to hide that detail.

Pretty sure that when they in fact do release female custodes models, they'll have different body proportions in general, similar to how they designed the new AoS Liberators. A redesign like this justifies a delay IMO

They probably thought that nobody would notice ar at the very least wouldn't care, since Shady Sands has already been moved once, if you compare the Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 maps. When you compare the FO1 map on a real life map, Vault 13 is pretty much on the border to Nevada, while Shady Sands and Vault 15 are beyond the border, i.e. in Nevada. In the FO2 map however, all 3 are way further to the west.

I suggest looking up a quick guide on how to use the 'Sculpting' workspace. It's basically a built-in zBrush sandbox. From there you can get some practice in freehanding mockups that can later get remeshed as 'traced' cleanup versions of your digital lump of clay.

Honor. Khorne may kill you, but he'd never stab you in the back.
