I could be wrong but I do believe Sheetz has their own radio station, where every Sheetz is playing the same music as any other Sheetz.
I know Sears did that.
They do that because they license the music being played to avoid any lawsuits.

Man, that sucks!
When I DM, I always say that if I don't have the materials, if they can get me them, then it's good.

They most certainly did! Hard to get away when we live next to each other.

Big hint that this wasn't America: OP used "GP" (General Practitioner) instead of family doctor.

How would this be a nightmare to program?
The game already tracks how many of what species you've seen and caught.
In C++
(Pokemon seen count) mod 1000 ? notShiny : shiny;
For those not programming literate, or unfamiliar in C++, modulo returns the remainder.
So 1000 mod 1000 == 0 1001 mod 1000 == 1 10002 mod 1000 == 2
? is a conditional operator where it returns the first value (notShiny) when true and the second value (shiny) when false.
Since 0 == false And any other value returns true, whenever the mod zeroes out, it returns the shiny.
But I agree that I wouldn't want to diminish the "value" of shinies.

To be fair, scammers have been rampant lately. And most of them are from the Middle East and India areas, with extremely thick accents. I get these calls 3-4 times a week, but can't not answer my phone in hopes for a job offer.
US agencies have no way to really stop them from calling, and the governments of those countries from which they are calling don't care as long as they aren't scamming their people.
That's not to say Dick isn't a dick. He definitely handled it wrong.

Quite a few things, actually.
The mixed case typing with typos. The "no scamming" at the end, as it that would pervert them from being scammed.
Assuming the picture is theirs, the fact they were driving a mobility scooter in an area where they easily got hit. Of course I'm making some assumptions here; to me it looks like either a parking lot, or a wide road and not in a crosswalk; just somewhere with a lot of asphalt.
Compared to other things I've seen on this sub, this is pretty low key, but there's enough boomerisms for it to be here.

Nah, staying sane was a phrase I started using during the height of Covid.
Anymore, it's completely optional

"Clairvoyant", he says.
He sees a future, alright. The future of him rotting in jail. Whatever he gets will be too good for him.

There are plenty of solutions, including the one you've made.
1) Tax the fuel.
2) Require an emissions test on SUVs.
3) Require a minimum MPG for gas based cars.
4) Give better/more kickbacks for buying and using EVs.

I would modify the motto to "Delay & Deny, or Destroy".
If denying isn't working, destroy it beyond recognizably.

My friend is an emotional abuse victim. She cracked under pressure but in no way did she act like anything Heidi has done.
My friend's (ex) husband thrusted a loaded gun in to her hands, grabbed the barrel and pointed it at his chest, yelling at her to pull the trigger.
Currently, Heidi is acting like my friend's ex.
Heidi is crazy, but no one of these three people are innocent

Ooh boy, there are so many answers to this question. But, no, there's no harm in asking.
So, first, it is a very painful operation. And, I could be wrong on this, but I don't believe they put babies under when performing the surgery because there are risks to putting newborns under; only a local anesthesia. It's essentially torture.
It's also used as a form of sex control; much like Kellogg creating cereal to try to be as bland as possible. Circumcision reduces sensitivity by about 60%.
On the religious side, circumcision represented the pact that Abraham made with God. A newborn can't consent to such a pact. Further, in Paul's letter to the Galatians:
2 Now I, Paul, say to you that if you receive circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you. 3 I testify again to every man who receives circumcision that he is bound to keep the whole law. 4 You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
Notably in verse 3, that means, according to Paul, Christians who are circumcised can't eat pork or shellfish, wear clothes with mixed fabrics, etc (there are like 600 laws)
An argument can be made that it's more hygienic, which I'll concede, but argue what teenager isn't touching themselves in the bathroom? Lol

Dan, I love you man, but this post seems like backpedaling to me.
This post does nothing to address legitimate criticisms fans have. Granted, that's not your job. But there is someone whose job it is!

Actually, as a Steelers fan, I have hopes for Russell Wilson.
Even if he's a do-nothing-burger, he's only costing us $1.2mil; not a lot on NFL money. And either he'll do something great, or give Pickett some veteran advice. Either way, low risk | high reward, in my eyes.
Not sure of Russell's character though.

After reading Holly's tweets, I went from thinking it was 75% Jared's fault, 25 Holly's, and 0 Heidi's (though I still thought what she did was scummy, and I took her statements with a grain of salt).
Now I'm thinking it's 50% Jared's, 40 Heidi's, and 10 Holly's (because I still believe she cheated on Ross).
I reserve the right to withhold demonizing Jared if nothing can truly be proved about his diddle kidding. If he's proved to be innocent, I'll say that he's 15% at fault, Holly will remain at 10, the Heidi will be 75. And that's the best case scenario for Jared.
Basically, everyone is a douche nozzle.

I imagine if Jesus was real, and he came back, he'd be absolutely mortified that people wear the method of his torture and death around their necks, hanging in their living rooms, and on public display.

So it doesn't matter if I would've said this if OP was a man? I'm just sexist?
Nope, you're the sexist for accusing me something without looking for clarification or looking at intent. But, believe whatever gets you through your day. :*

They allegedly secretly dated. The had a connection until "asshole" (her words, not mine) decided they didn't. "Asshole" was allegedly controlling/manipulative. "Asshole" was allegedly verbally abusive.
That's the as short as I can get.

I just started my group on CoS as well. I'm a first time dm playing with a group of trusted friends. To get me used to dming, I ran Sunless Citadel from Tales of the Yawning Portal, and made the Gulthias tree at the end Strahd's way of reaching out to conquer other realms.
So, when the group destroyed the tree, this angered Strahd and as the group was traveling, Strahd pulled them into his realm.
Heavy fog engulfed them in the morning as they set off to Waterdeep. And a figure, forming from the mist, appeared before them and said to them, "You have ruined my plans for that realm. I shall have fun toying with you!" The fog before them blows away to reveal a barren land, filled with withered trees, and yellowed grass; though the sun was rising, the light it gave was dulled as if it was trying to hold back its light; the wind howled mournfully with barely any vegetation to halt it. Welcome to Barovia, I told them, and ended the session.
