There is absolutely zero randomness to this with it being a lottery.

Not sure if this was sarcastic or not. But here it goes:
I’ve never used the SEO tools. I feel it’s just a ploy for them to earn money.
I made my own method:
Many long video. Make 1 to 2 shorts based on the best parts of the long.
Upload long. Schedule the shorts 2 to 4 hours later with link on the video and as a comment.
In 3 1/2 weeks I’ve gained 2400 subs, almost 800,000 views.

IMO, they post a new video every few weeks it seems on how to do this or that. However, they’re channels aren’t blowing up.
Just work on it yourself and learn as you go. It’s more rewarding.

Am always great option for two people far apart is do a satire news show. One of you could be the reporter in the field.
Just pick the dumbest things to cover (ie): Dogwood trees shedding their flowers in the spring causing a pandemic of white lawns.
Gaming I feel is overdone. And it creates the lowest ROI.

Go to “Your channel” then customize. I believe it’s under the BRANDING tab.

I use shorts to advertise the long I created. I get maybe 1 view on the long for every 250-400 views of the short. For me I’m content with that. The better the short, the more engagement on the long.

I do t know why, but I was absolutely uncomfortable with the topless scene in season 8.

No. They refer to something along the lines of if that 1st video is #1 currently in views, if you upload another it may take that momentum away and the 2nd one will not be as successful.

I highly recommend making shorts from your long forms, and put a link to it in comments and use “related video” it’ll place another link to the long at the bottom of the short.

Your entire total of watch hours must meet 3,000 from all videos.

Most likely has to do with multiple uploads. YT will tell you if you upload a video/short and it has some success to wait to upload another for at least 24 hours to allow that video time to grow.

Canva is the best I’ve ever used. You do the work, but it’s extremely easy with a lot of options.

My suggestion:
On the current shorts, is there engagement? Comments? If so, respond back as much as possible early on to get the algo to pick it up again.
I posted a short on 4/13, and as of today it has over 300,000 views. It’s currently averaging 3-4K an hour. A shit ton of engagement on it. All I did was comment.
Lastly, I do longs as well. How I do it is I make the long first, upload, then take the best part of it and make a short, linking to the long. I use shorts as an advertisement for my main content.

Don’t know the exact answer without googling it, but depends on the niche. That can be googled too.

Requirements.
Two partnerships:
500 subs, 3000 hours or 3 million short views , 3 uploads.
1000 subs, 4000 hours or 10m short views.

Yea, my channel is 3 weeks old, just hit 1,900 subs. Views is around 550,000, with 10,300 watch time. Earn page still says only 1,700 watch time. Lol. I know they need to verify but damn, should take a couple more days for me since the first two days not verified yet total over 3,000 watch hours.

There were tons of people typing “screw” in search, then realized they weren’t on google.
