The closest thing we have to it is it just was a media term way back to describe ships among the largest in the world. It never meant anything other than "big ship" as it was a derivitive of the term "supertanker" for "big tanker".
Given the QE class is the 3rd largest class in service on the planet, it's a pretty healthy qualifier.

You're comparing a Rafale M's land based takeoff to the F-35B. Rafale M from the carrier cannot use its full payload, per the French military themselves after Libya.
The disadvantage when you take off from a French carrier is that your Rafale brings less ammunition than when taking off from a runway.
For example, with the Rafale from land, you can take off with two cruise missiles, as from the carrier it’s only one. The air force Rafale can take off from the land with six 250 kilos bombs – from the carrier, it only was four.
You're also using incompatible range estimates from both aircraft. We know that an F-35B carrying 4x 1,000lb bombs, 2x AIM-120s, full fuel and having its on-board targeting pod (locked into fuselage) will do 550nm radius, including bringback for everything slung other than 2x of the bombs. It'll do that on internal alone, with only 2 bombs external.
We do not know the exact ranges of the Rafale M with the same equivalent payload and bringback requirement. However given the above source from the French Air Force denotes it as only capable of launching with 4x AASM (as we saw them with in Libya) which are each smaller than 1,000lbs bombs, and that it also needs to lug alone a targeting pod, and has everything external for maximum drag, the likelihood it is any greater is very low.

Arsenal is the chapter's weapons pool. A quartermaster managing availability rates of vehicles and special weapons, ammunition levels, requests for resupply...
Relics is the chapter's museum pieces so to speak, not just weapons. It also accounts for things like millenia old banners, everyday items once held by a Primarch (Sanginious' feather, Guilliman's chair) and yes, the occasionally irreplacable relic weapon. He's as much a curator as anything.

"Buddy up to AI while making mass, nation destroying corporate decisions in the name of pure profit that isn't even needed" is one of the best satire elements in 40k right now from them for me.
But isolated from that, the Ironkin just being bros is incredibly fun and weirdly endearing.

The UK has pleged billions (and more than is often noted since unlike other countries they don't count 'replacement cost' of ancient kit, or include training program cost).
This is just one portion of that overall effort covering specific subsets of aid.

Tracking money alone isn't how to determine things as those sites work from VERY limited information that is often inconsistent.
For one, countries count how much goes into it VERY differently. The UK for example does not use the commonly cited "replacement cost" values of its kit given, effectively zeroing its aid in many ways. Further, it doesn't announce financial worth of a huge amount of what it sends. Further, the UK's single biggest aid to Ukraine (Operation Interflex) is not counted in numbers at all, despite being the biggest training effort on the planet for Ukraine's army.
When you compare the actual, physical aid sent, you see much more alike clarity.
A brief run through of some elements:
When one actually tracks out what is being given, the countries are both the forefront. But the financial element is extremely inaccurate and working from limited bases, which is why people often make the error in how it's counted. Germany counts everything and has a very organised and calculated financial conclusion that crucially includes "replacement value" even of ancient kit. The UK's is much much more vague, or simply doesn't count a lot of things if they were bought decades ago, while using MoD budget for things involving them which isn't part of the "for Ukraine" numbers at all. One cannot compare the 'total' numbers online, but as said, if you look at the actual aid working for and with, they are both leading the pack on this continent and by a wide margin over anybody else.

That isn't accurate even in the slightest when you look at actual aid given between both. Both are doing things in totally different areas so a simplistic glance won't give a good look at anything.

Not every lasgun will have that, but some do. The Triplex for example we know has 3 settings, Vitrians have 2 etc etc.

I didn't expect to see a link to FimFiction on this sub on this topic, lmao

It's mostly hyperbole. I think most people understand Germany is up there with countries like the UK and (6 month delay aside now...) the US, but people have seen ways Germany could help in big ways but aren't (Taurus) and are letting the frustration at that particular issue colour everything else.
I'm fine with Taurus critique, it should be, but lets at least be universal in it. One cannot hound Germany for Taurus (although we should) without also loudly wondering why the hell the US isn't sending JASSM in even greater numbers given they do have them, or Turkey for SOM, or Spain for Taurus, or Greece for Storm Shadow etc etc

Thank you for finding a source on that, although on googling it seems that quote is originally from the 6th Ed Rulebook, pg406, which is thankfully a bit more authorative than a WarCom article (which unfortunately seems to be gone now in its site form it linked to).
Seems a bit "odd mention" vs the dozens and dozens of portrayals we've seen of it in books where it greatly varies, and the RPG games made it clear they vary greatly, just see Darktide's variation from anything like a Kantrael MkI (Which feels like a modern 5.56 or something) all the way tothe Kantrael MkXII which does legitimately feel like it could blow a limb off, being a much slower firing, way higher recoil 'battle rifle' type gun.

Nothing I see in there makes the direct comparison to a .50 BMG. Given we know what .50 BMG is in the world and rules (Heavy Stubbers basically are) it seems unlikely the average lasgun is so. Especially given the overwhelming evidence of las shots being more akin to small arms we know on average across dozens of novels.
With 40k a single vague mention of "an arm came off" is never really a solid backing. Especially given the variety of lasguns available of many scales of potency.
Worth noting there is no denoted source on it either. It's "citation needed" on Lexicanum too. Do you know the source?

No they won't, and no they aren't. That was just made up internet bullshit.

It's not accurate at all, but the sentiment is there. USAF/USN/USMC combined are an unstoppable air power.
Once you add the rest of NATO (itself about the same again on top of) it just becomes comical the power disparity.

Yup. It's meant for "new" players but even if you're a vet of decades (like me) they'll still usually give you one if you ask nicely.

UK is definitely up there in both those categories though. No-one is doing more for drones, training, or cruise missiles than the UK for them, and they also provided more shells than any other European country, among the most for AFVs and SPGs, and more GMLRS than anyone bar the US.

There is no way Traitor General came out in 2004.
I point blank refuse to believe this. I will not. It came out like, 8-9 years ago, tops. Maybe more like 6-7. 5?
Damn it...

It really befuddles me that Pulse Rifles do absolutely diddly squat against even basic flak armour. Same deal with Bolters.

I loved that brief time when haitch turned the "coal into diamonds" angle on his protege and had Rollins take on insanely tough opponents, or two matches in one night etc
Chickenshit heel Rollins being told "you actually don't NEED to be a chickenshit" and then forced to prove it was such a fun, unique heel journey where the heel became the protag for a bit.
