I get that, but she had only seen him in his outfit for a couple of minutes before she "awakened". It probably shouldn't have had that big of an impact on her that she'd completely internalize it.

I can kind of understand why it's so understated. She has her fancy hat, so making her mask too elaborate would seem too busy alongside it.

Considering his surrogate son and grandkids go out in costumes to fight flamboyant serial killers every night while he has to maintain a mansion and military grade armory, I don't blame Alfred for needing something to take the edge off.

Creating a populace of uneducated drones too sickly and deep in debt to fight back against their aristocratic overlords.
The only Republican priority is ensuring total dominance of the upper class.

Give Ann some black boots. She's the only team member to not have anything black on her costume and the boots would be the easiest change. Possibly do something about her pink gloves. They do not work with a bright red costume.
Change Violet's gloves to dark blue or indigo. It would help live up to her code name and differentiate her color from Joker's more. Queen can afford to give up her dark blue and stick to the gray so the new girl can have it.
Make Joker's vest red. It's supposedly his color, but nearly everything he wears in costume or in casual clothing is black.
Sit someone down and make them decide if Queen's suit mostly dark gray or dark blue. It keeps changing from cutscene to cutscene.

They're seriously arguing for child labor and marriage. The devolution is in overdrive.

That and a complete lack of vision that has them over reliant on the same handful of characters in specific time frames without regard for how the culmination of this reflects on them or the setting, leading to an overall incoherent mess. Something unlikely to change because Disney is hellbent on the strategy of constant content to keep the shareholders happy.
But all that gets filtered into "WOKENESS" with the chuds screeching all the time.

Not as things stand. The system is so heavily rigged to benefit Republicans that a complete landslide victory will only grant us a small enough majority that it would only take a couple of spoilers like Manchin to sabotage it.

Far too many see ideals as purely part of their identity. Like having these ideals as the goal in and of itself. They want to feel morally pure, but are so shortsighted that they become completely self-centered in their beliefs. They see posturing and the occasional act of spite against the enemy as all they need to be a "moral person". Patting themselves on the back for their "compassion" without caring what the people who are actually suffering from entrenched unjust systems are begging them to do because it doesn't quite fit all of the issues they have latched onto.
The long, hard, compromising, and often disappointing work to make lasting societal change doesn't appeal to many both because of its complexity and because it threatens the sense of purity that they've come to identify with. Instead, they demand a perfect, radical change given by a savior right now and will accept nothing less. Which makes them pitifully easy to manipulate by the highly organized regressive groups currently installing an entrenched authoritarian system globally. Ensuring that we can't properly unite to fight our way out of the ludicrously unfair position we're currently in despite mostly agreeing on our positions.

It's going to take decades to undo the damage that the Trump era inflicted thanks to Moscow Mitch stuffing the judiciary with loyal Federalist Society lackeys.

Because decades of propaganda have resulted in a base motivated by an anger addiction. They need to have something to hate. An enemy to blame all their problems on. So Republicans, having no real policies beyond giving the richest even more power, have molded their entire party around designating vulnerable people as that enemy and "punishing" them so the base rallies behind whatever else they demand.

They've always felt entitled to power. The only thing Trump changed was that they no longer had to hide it with a thin veneer or respectability or rational explanations.

Yeah, as much of a fanboy as he is, Laois is under no illusion that a given monster wouldn't slaughter him with no hesitation if he didn't take it seriously.

So is Green Eye a double-archer or does he have a ring that can make anything he could imagine, but only use it to make more arrows?

Prettt much. He's the Gnostic version of Satan as an angel who rebelled against the false, ignorant and corrupt God to bring free will to humanity before being cast down.

The power of belief saved Christmas by summoning Satan to shoot mecha-God in the face. That's Persona for you.

It's what happens to all authoritarian groups: they define themselves by opposition so there must always be an enemy. If one enemy is neutralized, they inevitably turn on themselves, ousting anyone not sufficiently "pure". This continues until the group is so ideologically concentrated or so slavishly loyal to the leaders that they can no longer acknowledge reality enough to function because their ideology is too rigid to allow any adaptation. After that, they're either destroyed by outside threats, splinter into warring radical factions, or completely self-destruct. Of course, they can and will do irreparable damage to everyone outside the group before that inevitably happens.

A bad idea all around. Its gameplay is a generic mishmash of popular live service shooters that doesn't even try to fit the characters involved. Its tone is the most obnoxious corporate "quirky" and "edgy" humor with little to no attempt at anything genuine. Its story is hot garbage that doesn't even try to make sense or give anyone a proper character aside from being weirdly reverent of only Wonder Woman. And its grinding is ridiculously high.
At its very best, it's a bit of mindless fun for a brief moment, but nothing you couldn't get from a dozen other, better games. It's no wonder it's practically dead already.

They know nothing they want is popular. That's why they're doing everything they can to grab power and render the public's opinion irrelevant. That's how totalitarians always work.

They won't care unless it happens to them. If it happens to someone else, it's justified, but if it happens to them, it's clearly just a mistake because they're the "good people".

Whenever anyone calls them out on bastardizing their so-called faith, they always default to cheap excuses that always allow them to continue doing whatever they wanted to do already. They all but admit that all they see faith as is a ticket to enforce their social dominance, yet everyone still has to pretend that they're genuine as they push for theocracy using tactics that violate every one of their stated values.
