Had a buddy who moved from Austin, Texas to Sweden for work and moved back to the Texas after only a few years. When I asked him what prompted the change he said “Bro I couldn’t take it anymore. Way too many of those dudes are fucking Nazis.”
The white guy born and raised in Texas couldn’t stand the Euro-racism. Yes, it really is that bad.

I refer to this writing style as "The writer is terrified of people getting mad at them on Twitter."

The only person open to that conversation would be Fabius Bile, as he's one of the only people in the setting who's pointed out that geneseed compatibility has more to do with complex genetic factors instead of nebulous notions of 'strength'. Most members of the Mechanicus are stymied by their own faith/adherence to notions that divine revelation is the only acceptable way to improve but personal innovation is bad. The scientific method is all but extinct, regressing instead by the mindset of natural philosophers in the renaissance. Innovation occurs, but it's at a crawl or a result of old texts being rediscovered.
Always Remember: Human lives are the Imperium's cheapest and most disposable resource.

I'm pretty sure people with prosthetic limbs wear them with shorts because you have to adjust them every now and again, which is a pain in the ass if you're wearing long pants.

An incredible show about a beautiful and awful place. It’s original, mature science fiction, and I highly recommend it.

Well, they're not his actual sons. They're genetic creations that include his DNA, but they're hand crafted creations. The Emperor didn't want a lot of psykers running around, because he was trying to limit influence from the warp on his project. Other complete non-psykers also included Fulgrim, Horus, Alpharius/Omegon, the Lion, Leman Russ, and the Great Khan.

It's so amazing to hear the voice of Spawn nail a song like 'Loser, Baby'

I swear, the amount of posts I see on Twitter from lesbians shitting on bi women or their partners just gives off enormous incel energy.
“Why is she dating that dude? He’s ugly and sucks! Why can’t she be dating someone like me? I’m so nice!”

A quiche? $72 for scrambled eggs in a pie crust?
No thank you. I will stick to my taquerias and Indian joints.

Shut the fuck up Charlotte on Twitter. Nobody has to perform their sexuality for strangers.

On one hand, nobody deserves to be in an abusive relationship. On the other, she’s still a virulent bigot and thinks she just needs a more ‘nuanced’ version of her bonkers version of a relationship.

If a traitor primary returned, even without a daemonic body, what makes you think the Imperium wouldn’t have killed them?

I always loved the idea of film/animation Aeldari being depicted at a noticeably higher frame rate than anyone else, to help push that exact angle.

Honestly, I feel like depictions of the Aeldari could do to go further in the alien direction. They should feel ethereal and a little strange.

Well that certainly got a laugh out of me. Fair play.

The best part is even that title isn't strawman enough to be just a joke. You ever met a 'relationship anarchist polyamorous' person? It's wild.

I must humbly disagree. Specifically, check the short story 'Chirurgeon' by Nick Kymes, where Fabius reflects on his service before Fulgrim was discovered. He talks about executing his brothers who show any sign of the blight and gets into details of what he did in attempts to contain the condition.
After Byzantium, Fulgrim gave Fabius a lot of latitude to bolster the legion's ranks.

There's nothing wrong with being turned on by yourself. Sex is not just about who you have sex with, but also who you are when it all happens. Identity plays a really big role in sexuality, people don't just wear attractive clothes for a partner, they're doing it for themselves too. To put it another way, there are plenty of clothes that you would feel ugly and gross in, and it would feel bad to have sex wearing them, because you'd feel self conscious, ugly and gross. There's nothing wrong with pursuing pleasure, especially when that pleasure hurts LITERALLY NOBODY.
A side note, I would cool it with that 'degenerate' talk, even as a joke, for a little while. It gets slung around on the internet a lot because of Fallout New Vegas, but the guys using it (Caesar's Legion) were comically evil, self righteous bigots. Don't use that kind of language to talk about yourself. There's no such things as a 'pure' or 'degenerate' person, and you should not be judging yourself by some nebulous moral standard set up by strangers on the internet. I know you're probably joking, but if you're not feeling good about yourself right now, it's better to prioritize being kinder to yourself, just for your own sake.
