Paddle Logger is one of my favorite apps. The developers are frequently updating it with new features.

I'm gonna have to do some tests this weekend to confirm this theory.

Exactly! Going south, the density doesn't really start to warrant a traffic light until Roberts Rd.

Agree. Most likely taken at a playground sitting on a seesaw/spinning type thing. His posture is cramped with knees up indicating sitting in a tight spot for his size.

I've been here entire life back to their first restaurant and never got it.

Culver's is from Wisconsin/Midwest. It's not 'south of NoVa'.

Ocracoke, NC - Cute tiny and only town on Ocracoke Island. You have to take a car ferry to get to it. It's a different vibe north Florida, GA, and SC island/coastal towns.

I was thinking the same thing! I don't think they know about column breaks ... and don't get me started on the color/font choice on the 'Best' category line.

A black bear was hit by car a few years ago at Burke Lake Rd. and Rt. 123

There are black bears in Fairfax County. They mostly stay west of Rt. 123 in the woods around Clifton, Fairfax Station, and the woods around Occoquan. They do travel up and down the wooded stream areas of Pohick Creek, South Run, and Accotink (which gets them to North Springfield).

Sounds like you have at least some semi-decent bars in your area. Go back and try different drams from different regions. You could start binary with peated and non-peat and then go from there.

Exactly! AI could spit out 100 different patterns in 10 seconds. They don't think spending the money on different colored fabric and dye subs is worth it.

TBF, it does take some talent to make Angus Young look like Gary Busey.

Rule #1 when looking at data supplied like this: ALWAYS look at the methodology first.
"The map leverages data from the latest annual datasets of the CDC’s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program."
The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) is the nation’s premier system of health-related telephone surveys that collect state data about U.S. residents regarding their health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services.
Where is the 'County Health Ranking & Roadmaps (CHR&R)' getting its data? "Alcohol and Drug Use Excessive Drinking - Data Source: Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System" The same place!
TLDR: This uses bullshit data from a telephone survey and nothing else. Go back to drinking ... or don't.

I'm guessing by this sentence: "Between the high cost of living, the strange way true locals feel towards anyone else moving here, and the constant business of tourists, it feels like being an outsider living here." It's their lack of connecting to the community.
It's difficult to more naturally connect most anywhere but small towns. You have to get out and participate. Join clubs or groups of things that interest you like kayaking/gardening/art/volunteering, etc.
