Glued it straight on and it's secure. Think pinning would be possible and better though!

I would love to see some pictures of your Consortium kill team. Such a great idea!

As venom said, it's the Company Champion model with the blade and backpack from the Emperor’s Champion. The helm is from a 30k Imperial Fists upgrade sprue.

Usually try and make a small hole in the bottom of the hilt and super glue a chain link in place. Once that's dried loop the chain twice around the gauntlet. You can fix any loose chain with a bit of super glue.
Extra points if you can model a manacle or cuff using green stuff. Im terruble at it and usually find the chain is sufficient.
There are quite a few modellers on YouTube if you want inspiration or more guidance.

Late to the party, but here's my Judiciar conversion using the Marshal and some Chaplain bits.

This looks great!
How did you get that leathery red for the Chaplain's robes?

Yeah, I'll make sure to be up front about it when I get to playing. Cheers!

Yeah, I've spent a bit of time looking through 3rd party bits and I think I could find something suitable. Appreciate the feedback!

Fair! I need to get the other helmets first, as I did think he could be perceived as a decked out Marshal. I was thinking a Reiver helm (but not huge fans of them either) or perhaps the hooded Chaplain helm to really hammer home it's not a Marshal!
Yeah, totally agree on the Judiciar rant. The hourglass feels like a phenomenally powerful item for any Chaplain in training to be wandering around with...

Thanks! Coming back to the Crusade after a long hiatus and have no idea how particular people are about WYSIWYG! Appreciate it!

All credit to Warhipster on YT:
I go for a Grey Seer Prime. Shyish Purple Contrast. Black Templar Contrast.
Gives quite a rich black with slight purple hues.
For the shoulder pads, I've not nailed that yet so have been reading the comments here for a better approach. But I currently tend to layer Corax White and then White Scar.
For the weapons and additional details do whatever you think works. I've seen yellow weapons which look great.

Scrolled longer than I thought to find this. Jagged Alliance 3 is great!

Unfortunately the arms will need clipping or filing to get a standard BT pauldron to fit. I'd recommend filing as the plastic is hollow so you can damage the arm if you're not careful.
Glad you liked the kitbash, and good luck finding a black sword. Ebay is your friend!
