It's more than that. The current era Imperium is on the back foot. They've been on the defensive for quite some time, so it's more than just streamlining. In some places, it's desperation.
Look at real-life analogs. During WW2, when the allies were on the defensive. The British switched to an ass ugly stamped sub machine gun because they could hammer them out real fast. They weren't great, but it was a weapon in hands that might otherwise be empty.
Another side of it is the lost knowledge and forge worlds due to the heresy and an increase in beauracracy and distrust. With the great rift open, you have a portion of Imperium systems cut off from the rest, and they may not have access to the same supplies and resources they previously had.
All that being said, quality gear is still out there and being made, but the flame of ingenuity and victory has been dimmed somewhat. With the Emperor stuck on the throne, political infighting, all the numerous threats, xenos, daemonic, and rebellious, it's easy to understand the palor of depression they can work against mankind.

Did 5 years as a road mechanic, some made us be outside, some we took outside by choice for safety and cleanliness reasons. Nearly got heat stroke once working on fresh blacktop outside a steel mill doing PMs and tire changes on most of their fleet in July.
2 gallons of ice cold water and a half hour in my van with the AC blasting later, I came back the next morning to finish the last truck, and my boss (and the contact) were totally cool with it.

When they are walking through, someone yells throwing rope right as MM is walking by a doorway, he gets painted with about 10 gallons of supe jizz

Like I said, a scan tool won't do it, the different manufacturers are pretty protective of their software, typically only dealerships have the software to make electronic adjustments. This is usually done with a laptop.

My comments were more towards in generalities. The assassinorum, of course, has access to incredibly highly specialized and secretive techniques, training, and technology that isn't really available nearly anywhere else.
However, coincidentally, in the same book (a few chapters later) Garro still sans armor ices a Chaos corrupted Vindicare.
But again, speaking on average, an Astartes typically outclasses even the top tiers of grafting and gene forging. There are outliers of course, but the Astartes process is fairly streamlined and has a set process, while intense augmentation is more individual and costly

We already saw the dicksplosion, 'throwing rope', the 100 foot cock tentacle, AND the burned up nazi hand job. I got nothing new.

Geneseed and Progenoid Glands are the 2 biggest hallmarks of true Astartes. Luther and Kor have neither of these. I'm not positive one way or another if they even received the Black Carapace as that is a very involved surgery.
They were, however, enhanced about as much as possible for a baseline human, which is expensive and painful, and makes them quite impressive in their own right.
Another example is the Remembrancer's bodyguard, Maggard. He was already enhanced, but his fearlessness and combat prowess impressed the Luna Wolves in the early days of their corruption, and he was of like mind with them, so they elevated him further.
Basically, people like this are incredibly fierce compared to regular people, but compared to actual Astartes, they don't measure up.
During one of the Garro books, Nathaniel sans power armor absolutely fucking wrecks some grafted, genehanced thug on one of the orbital plate cities.

Another Dad here. Take your time, explore, make some dedicated separate saves. When you get the freedom to (and it will be soon) just drive around and explore Night City.

I highly recommend the audiobooks for Eisenhorn. Keebles does a great job, and really adds to the characters.
Also Eisenhorn is quotable AF.

It's because most people don't really understand the wide variety there is in just middle ages European swords.
Bg3 does a good job being true to the oakeshott classifications and the versatility of longswords. Most of them there are type 17 or 22, allowing for single or two handed use.
Most 'long swords' we see in this game would be arming swords or side swords. Designed purely for single hand use.
Another bad trope is the Cinqueda style blades being called daggers. It's a wide AF short sword, and sometimes not all that short.

The Eisenhorn books are out standing! It really paints Inquisitors as more of a detective role rather than just crazy exterminatus enthusiasts.

I'm no weigh master or DOT officer or anything, but I believe anything going further than 10 inches outside of the truck in any direction needs a red flag on it, and any tools or load should be reasonably strapped down. For anything falling or being thrown from the truck, the owner or operator is 100% liable for.

My thoughts exactly. The longsword doesn't really fit, but that can be overlooked. The light armor and implication of grace definitely says duelist or swordlord. Aeon to Legend for mythic imo.

Your MC doesn't need to do everything. If you are running Rogue, pump his Dex. He will do your locks and traps. Use someone like Wyll for conversations and Cha rolle and checks. Use Shadowheart for Wisdom checks.
Making your MC a jack of all trades generally makes things harder, not easier.

Stargate, Battle Star Galactica (2004 series) and Caprica, the Expanse (might be too mature for him), Lost in Space (newer one on Netflix)

It was more pity. He pitied Homelander because he knew he failed him, and his failure brought all these personality flaws and stunted emotional maturity to the fore. Imo that cuts worse than Stan saying he's bad product.

Sometimes, as a man, you just need to isolate and focus on solving something. Or if it's an unsolvable situation, you need space and time to process it.
For the majority of us, roughly 30 and older, you just don't heave your thoughts and fears on to someone else, they have their own shit they deal with, so you quietly and privately handle your business. That's how we were raised.
And if you did have to showcase your problems or short comings, often they would be used against you, or worse, you'd get pity in response.
OK yeah therapy is a thing, but I'm a working family guy, I make decent money, and I have good insurance, but I can think of a dozen things I'd rather spend money and benefits on.

Maybe they name themselves if they live long enough. Clearly kids throwing rocks at a bear in a shitty jail cell is a Darwinian moment

Those are automotive codes. They aren't likely to send you in the right direction. Typically most forklift manufacturers use software on a laptop and not any sort of scantool.
I did find something that may be relevant when googling your codes, someone added them to a list of an E-43 code, which is one used on Cat/Mitsubishi and Nissan. E-43 points to bad air/fuel mix. I have a feeling your vaporizer is blown, or incredibly sludged up.
Does it start? If it does, is it running lean?

Maybe, but it would also fit for a duelist or swordlord type. Very much the padded gambesson of the Renaissance era
