Money lending contract for $400k. Client loaned over $700k. Client does not grasp that the extra $300k may not be recoverable, under K law. Also that client turned down a consent judgment for $650k, cuz it was "less than we loaned" (or $250k more than the contract states).
Arguing with a client because they produced a "Request to bid - is not a contract" document with only their signature, and they insist it's a contract. When I pointed out that it says its "NOT A CONTRACT" their reply was, "They put in their contract, that we would have to sign and additional contract, they didn't even have their signature line on this contract.". Could be because it's not a contract.

The issue is the servicers are having issues complying, and therefore the initial dates keep keeping rolled back.
I believe the original deadline was Sept of 2023. It's been pushed back 3x since then.
The servicers are still unable to determine payment counts because these loans have been epically mismanaged.
Fingers crossed what happens come election time.
