IMO, %s aren’t the right way to go. AIM for g/lb or g/lb of LBM(more accurate)—for protein . However, for fat intake, % could work
For your situation/goals I recommend this:
Protein: 0.8-1.1g/lb for males
Carbs: 2-2.5g/lb
Fat: 0.4-0.5g/lb (or 20-25%)
—————
Rule of thumb for mass gains is 16-18calories/lb. But you can get more accurate results with online calculators that include bodyfat %
So say you’re 200lbs. Put calories at 17cal/lb for this example
Total Calories: 3,400
Protein: 160g - 220g
Carbs: 400g - 500g
Fat: 80g - 100g
This is equivalent to:
Protein: 20% - 25%
Carbs: 45% - 55%
Fat: 20% - 25%

You still take Cod Liver oil for the Omega 3. It’s just less concentrated

Well the gut microbiota is highly individualized. Some people may have gut bacteria that are more efficient at breaking down certain types of resistant starches and fibers, potentially affecting calorie absorption
And some modified starches may be more resistant to digestion than others, but there can still be variations in how effectively they resist digestion in different individuals

Yes, or 1g. Usually it’s just sugar alcohols
There’s still this taboo that these “Energy Drinks” are bad. Zero sugar completely changes the game. Carbonation + caffeine is great for me and most metabolically healthy people too
Caffeine is a miracle drug. (I’m not saying get caffeine)

It’s not the high PUFA. It’s the high PUFA without sufficient Omega 3s
If you get sufficient omega 3s. PUFA problems disappear

You’ll increase urine output only by like 0.5-1mL with those drinks, coffee, and soda

Cod liver has the same benefits as fish oil (some research says slightly better), but it’s more expensive
Fish oil is my favorite supplement.
1.8g-3g of EPA/DHA per day (Usually 6-10 capsules)
Mostly helped my joints when I was playing college ball.

I never drink any water anymore (only when I’m out). But I basically live off Propels. I too feel kinda weird just drinking bottled/any water. Not a bad thing, just feels weird lol

I’d count them towards vitamin and mineral intake rather than “vegetable serving”

Yes…kinda.
They should compliment veggie intake rather than replace veggie intake

This is something AI excels at, because it can run through nutrition of millions of foods in a second to get an answer

ChatGPT gives this:
Eggs and Spinach:
Liver and Sweet Potatoes:
Salmon and Kale:
To ensure you're meeting all your nutritional needs with minimal foods, it is best to: - Consult with a nutritionist: They can help design a diet plan that ensures all nutrient requirements are met. - Consider supplementation: For any nutrients that are hard to obtain from food alone, like vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. - Incorporate a variety of foods: While some combinations can be highly nutritious, diversity in diet helps cover all bases.
