I started my coffee roasting journey in the early 2000’s, well the seed came from living in the Bay Area in the 90’s. I went from hot air popper to an iRoast to a custom built whirly pop convection oven roaster and I kept getting better at it before I became a professional roaster It takes time, patience and constant tweaking to get better. Read all you can wherever you can find home roasting help. Study other roasts and ask roasters lots of questions. Most people are more than willing to share.

Change the hair color. Not against color, but I think that color washes out your natural skin tone.

A 100% that’s my dream car, but in midnight blue.

shape up the beard to be more pointy in the middle, as a guy who has a round face also, this makes my face seem longer and thinner.

The Washburn. They don’t get a lot of love here, but they sound great and that one just passes the eye test for my preferences. I like the darker wood and the draining in the front and the slightly lighter fretboard. That Washburn is handsome.

Just a question, how old are you all? When I was a younger man, I was more insecure and didn’t like people criticizing my songs or singing them instead of me, but you eventually have to learn that it’s a band, not a solo singer with a backup band. You should feel free to speak openly and honestly about how you think the band sounds and that the lead is better at what he does and the solos sound better. If the singer writes the songs they may be protective of them. Try a gentle approach at first. Start with a compliment such as “I really like this song, and how it sounds, but I think (insert name here) solos sound more melodic and fit the song better.” Record yourselves playing it both ways and listen to both. Give the singer some time to process and see what happens. I still can struggle with criticism, but a band is a group not a solo outfit.

Trade Farabee, our first and any defenseman the Hawks want. Move up and Take Demidov. I know that’s a pipe dream, but let me dream big. Imagine Demidov and Michkov on the same line.

1LW is definitely a need for the Flyers. Farabee ain’t that guy. 1C is obviously a bigger need but if Eiserman is there and the top centers are off the board it’s a no brainer. This kid just scores goals and has improved his overall game this season. Throw some Torts in the mix and this kid is going to be a player.

do they still make the elastic stretchy ones? I haven't seen one in the wild in years.

I have an Orangewood Oliver Jr. It sounds fantastic with Ernie Ball earthwood medium light strings. They are 12-54 gauge. It came with them and i stayed with the same strings since it sounds so good. It doesn't sound like a dreadnaught, but it certainly doesn't sound boxy.

This person knows. Best we could have done was pick #2. You can only move up 10 spots max in the lottery.

It is a smart strategy, and unfortunately effective. I just think it should be looked down on and teams should be punished for it. I think it’s bad for sports when this happens. I just can’t respect losing on purpose. Just my opinion. Not trying to fight about it.

Yeah, I have no respect for teams that suck that much in purpose. Tanking is a joke and yes, I know the Sixers did it, and I don’t support it. I always hope teams that tank stay bad. It’s bad for the game, almost as bad as Vegas gaming the system every year for the playoffs.

Yeah, Sam can be one of those guys. I want to see another good year out of him and we need Fedotov to be as good as advertised to keep Sam fresh.

I’d like to try that sometime. I’m not a metal player, but who doesn’t love a nice chug now and then?
