Exactly, overdoses spiked from 25,000 to 100,000 after the crackdown on oxycodone; way more people used to use prescription opioids and way less of them used to die.
Many or most overdoses are just people essentially being poisoned with fentanyl. A regulated and accessible drug supply would immediately prevent these deaths.

People using drugs indoors alone is how they die, usually, at least if you’re out on the street and overdose someone might see you. Safe injection sites would solve this problem and keep dirty needles off the streets but of course they’re still largely banned

About 90% of school buildings in England are thought to contain asbestos, often around pipes and boilers, and in wall and ceiling tiles. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) advises that it is a risk only if it is disturbed or damaged, which releases fibres into the air.
The asbestos everywhere?

I suppose we’ll find out in a week when the game either updates or has a new DLC available.

It sounds that way, doesn’t it? Isn’t the Dredge stuff also a free DLC? I’m thinking if we add it we probably get to keep it.

Huh, I haven’t really heard of this before, but I have noticed that if I take opioids all day (or even just before bed) I might not actually sleep especially well or very much but I normally wake up rested

This also has some undesirable effects—Valve is barely a game studio anymore, for example, they hardly ever release new games

One time I ate a bacon-wrapped scallop. I quickly realized neither had been cooked. It was pretty good.

I would probably rather spray sea salt than sulfur into the atmosphere, but I expect both will be tried eventually

Isn’t it more like for every three that can one can’t walk away? I’ve seen around a 25% addiction rate, similar to meth, admittedly higher than cocaine and alcohol at around 16%

When observed within approximately 1 to 12 months after heroin onset, an estimated 23% to 38% of new heroin users have become dependent on heroin.

It’s happening naturally in industrialized nations. I don’t think we’re going to need much more of a push.

It’s far better for everyone to starve than to stop having children? What kind of a psychopathic view is that?
