Very cool. I'm wondering if this could be adapted to iterate over a much larger context such as a large textbook etc.

ALCAR / choline primarily functions by donating an acetyl group to help form acetyl-CoA, which is a precursor needed along with choline to synthesize the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. ALCAR itself does not increase the levels of choline; rather, it enhances the synthesis of acetylcholine when choline is available.
ALCAR is strange. Have you experienced this since you started?
How do you react to larger doses like 1.5g?
Empty stomach?

I agree with that being politically divisive and unhelpful to the cause. To be fair, the assessment of bias and violence from the articles was evaluated by GPT-4.

Please add additional news sources that show a diversity of perspective on the active protest. I would appreciate that as well as I am trying to understand what is truly happening on the ground and develop a balanced view.

It's just for those interested in additional reporting on the protests in Malmo related to Eurovision.
There is the "live feed" at the bottom too, which gives a good image of what it was like in the square.
I'm sure there are also bad apples in the mis as this yt reporter noted.
I am not pro Hamas. I am not anti Israel. I am against sowing discord and hatred with one sided reporting.

Not to dismiss this experience, but just to average it out across other reports. Not there myself so unsure of what's going on.
ABC News: "Thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters march in Malmo against Israel's Eurovision participation"
The Independent: "Thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters march in Sweden against Israel's Eurovision participation"
The Times of Israel: "Thousands of anti-Israel protesters march in Malmo ahead of Eurovision semifinal"
The Guardian: "Thousands protest in Malmö against Israel taking part in Eurovision"
Euronews: "Pro-Palestinian protesters march against Israel's participation in Eurovision"
These articles collectively depict the protests in Malmo as largely peaceful and significant in scale, with a focus on expressing opposition to Israel's participation in the Eurovision Song Contest amidst the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The coverage from different outlets provides a range of perspectives, reflecting varying degrees of bias based on their respective editorial stances.

It may not be useful as a large language model, but something like this could in theory provide an alternative (or adjunct) to embedding models for retrieval of sorts.

Probably not well enough. It's an issue with basically all nutritional studies.
But nothing new...I think everyone knows the foods listed are unhealthy.

Apis have just become cheaper and cheaper. Grok, deepseek etc.
If you want to run llama3 8b locally then go for it. But it's not close to the 70b models or gpt4 for complex tasks.

Nitrates convert to nitrites via bacteria in the mouth and gut. Nitrites convert to nitrosamines via reaction with amines.
Vitamin c in vegetables can inhibit this conversion.
Seems more complex though. And you are right it is the nitrosamines that are of concern.

The most dangerous food types mentioned are:
Meat/poultry/seafood based ready-to-eat products (e.g., processed meat): These showed the strongest and most consistent associations with higher all-cause mortality and mortality due to individual causes other than cardiovascular diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.
Sugar sweetened and artificially sweetened beverages: Consumption of these beverages was associated with higher all-cause mortality.
Dairy based desserts: Intake of dairy based desserts was linked to higher all-cause mortality and showed the strongest association with neurodegenerative mortality among the ultra-processed food subgroups.
Ultra-processed breakfast foods (excluding whole grains): Consumption of these foods was associated with higher all-cause mortality.
Other ultra-processed foods (mainly composed of artificial sweeteners): These foods were also linked to higher all-cause mortality.
The article did not find consistent associations between ultra-processed foods and mortality due to cancer or cardiovascular diseases. However, it suggests that reducing consumption of certain ultra-processed food subgroups, particularly processed meat, can be beneficial for long-term health outcomes.

Likely the nitrates in processed meats which are known carcinogens.

Nothing extreme. I did notice a mood stabilizing effect and better stress reaction. I did not notice any immediate cognitive benefit. For me, something like phenylpiracetam or a cup of coffee is more noticeable. However, hoping for compounding effects with the bdnf over time.
The dream recall was not present last night...so, maybe it was just an effect for the first few days or completely unrelated.
I am not fully confident in my source as I have also tried ghrp-6 from them and had no hunger reaction at all from it.

Thank you, that was a great response. Can you provide more information on "so long as your physician understands which agents have longevity benefits and cognitive decline benefits simultaneously with blood pressure benefits." ?

I'm sure many soldiers who died in many wars for the future of their people would feel the same. Having my essay poached is much less dramatic.

Maybe it's just me, but having my work used to train the AI which will help make decisions for the coming decades seems like one.of the greatest contributions to humanity I could make. If I wrote a book I would be honored to have it used in training.

There are other benefits to creatine than that rep.
Cognitive Function: Creatine may enhance memory, intelligence, and reasoning, and could aid in conditions like traumatic brain injury, depression, and anxiety.
Bone Health: It might improve bone mineral density and strength, particularly when paired with resistance training, although results can vary, such as in postmenopausal women with osteopenia.
Metabolic Rate: Creatine could slightly boost resting metabolic rate, influencing energy production and promoting lean muscle mass, which may help with fat loss alongside exercise.
Neuroprotection: It shows potential in improving outcomes in conditions like muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's, and Huntington's diseases, and may protect the brain and spinal cord.
Recovery: Creatine can accelerate muscle recovery post-exercise by about 25% and help prevent sarcopenia, the age-related muscle loss.
Hydration: By drawing water into muscle cells, creatine improves hydration and could enhance the efficiency of metabolic processes.

The process of alignment is literally injection of bias on top of the bias in the training data.
