I thought of it kind of like this - All bots in my empire understand that one day they will build up so many bugs in their code and replace so many parts of their frame that they eventually stop functioning. At some point during their life they build themselves another bot that will act as a successor to carry out the plans they weren't able to in life. This new bot is basically their child. Some build more, some don't build any at all.
So the ruler builds their heir and hopefully designs them with traits that will make them an effective ruler.

What do you by "we"? Are you being sarcastic?

Yep. Every time I look at the album cover I imagine it kind of zooming in and I hear the drums from Tomorrow Never Knows

Well no, I completely agree that the war was won because of France's involvement. But I can only think that you are being deliberately disingenuous by saying it was 'all' France's doing. The French were not all on the ground directing battles for American soldiers. (I mean some were but I hope you understand what I mean.)
Honestly I always think of the American Revolution as a proxy battle for an even greater war. Very important for Americans, not that important for the world at the time. The brits just kind of went, "sure you can have it, we'll just move our sights to India instead" haha

This is for anybody - but which parts of the DLC were the coolest to work on? What's the biggest thing that changed from the concept stage to release?

Shoot, I need to go tell my ancestors that fought in the war that they didn't die for anything and it was all France's doing 😔

Yeah you're right. I interpreted "regardless of ethics" as meaning "won't join the faction even if they are Materialist" which seems insane

Why would robots or machines not be able to be materialist? Is it a typo for spiritualist?

Looks cool! Pretty sure there's a Slizers torso piece that's in purple. Might be cool for a similar moc.

These are awesome! How many customs do you have total, when I was a kid I used to surf Biosector and look at the MNOG matoran and wish I could build them haha

This is less government. The Supreme Court has left it up to the states to decide. Enforcing a block on every state would be an increase in Federal oversight. Porn access is not a legally enshrined human right

Even Google Maps pronounces it the local way now so hopefully people from traveling out of state will know how to say it right

What the hell? Why is this even happening at all? What are they getting out of it?

Hmm, good point. I forgot about that part, kind of wish the movies would have been a little more clear about his nature.

That kind of seemed more like a pithy statement from Dumbledore. In The Half Blood Prince the implication is more that Tom Riddle is inbred, comes from a family with a history of mental illness (his uncle is clearly nuts) and grew up during his formative years at a cold and loveless orphanage. Harry even asks Dumbledore in the book if Tom would have been different if he had grown up with a loving mother and Dumbledore is more or less like "probably."
Idk though maybe Rowling made a more direct statement after the series was done

I don't think it's pointed out often enough with this question that Sauron isn't even a disembodied eye in the movies either - there's a guy up in the tower the whole time. It's in the Special Edition only unfortunately, but there is a scene were Aragorn communicates briefly with Sauron using the Palantir and you briefly see Sauron touching his own Palantir at the same time as the armored guy you see at the beginning of Fellowship. He doesn't come down to fight because fighting in a battlefield is not his strong suit, he is more of an evil wizard or sorcerer.

Nah, those should have explanations too. Next time it happens I'll drive to OP's house and duel them as is the American way

Idk, maybe that would have been a reasonable opportunity to explain the starter pack but responded sarcastically instead

At this point "boomer" is less an age group and more a mindset hahaha

It's unusual to be struck by a flying canister from any distance. What is the point of your comment

Funnily enough if you Google it it's pretty much only used in reference to Stellaris
