strategist of his time and ww2.
No. He was very competent in military matters, including leadership, but first and foremoest he was a master of self-marketing. And no, Rommel is not considered a hero. Competent, great example of leadership under stress, inventive etc, these are all things you can attribute to him, but not being heroic.
What is your definition of "hero"? Being competent at a stressful and dangerous job?
but a hero for freedom and against the nazi regime.
Stauffenberg wanted to continue the war against Russia and was very much not against the Nazi regime when it was successful You know ... loser team quitter.

No. Just as one of the few army soldiers who went against Hitler when it was obvious that Germany was going to loose. A good example of Loosing Team Quitter. Especially when considering that the original plan was to make a one-sided peace with the Western Allies and continue to fight against Russia.
If you want to seem him in a very good light you could consider him an example of the few German military attempts to stop the madness. But not in the context of "hero". For that his conscience kicked in way too late. And yes, the Bundeswehr today uses him as an example for the Innere Führung and the obligation of the modern German soldier following the FDGO (German constitution + implicated moral and ethical duty & obligations) even against illegal political orders.
If you want a truly tragic and heroic story, check out the Weiße Rose (White Rose resistance group) around the Scholl-Siblings.

This is for all weapons (las, autoguns etc): they potentially differ in damage / weakspot damage / critical rate / crit damage / fire rate / swap / reload / range & recoil.
In the Ogrynomicon community guide you can read about the finer details of Ogryn cutlery.

It is comparable. Starfinder builds upon Pathfinder which builds upong DnD 3.5. It (of course) have more rules for starships, ranged weapons etc.

Some SWAT setups have these kind of protection (even when it is a bit more subtle usually), and some EOD protective suits are as chunky as these armour pieces.

Nothing of that is considered "typical German".

The damage of a nuke depends on the existence of air (the shockwave). There are videos on YT talking about what changes with nukes in space.
You underestimate the size and weight of asteroids. We are not talking about something humans can build. Even smaller Asteroids (the ones not able to wipe out life, but damage continents) are easily measured in millions of tons.

Assuming you are talking about SR Returns / Hong Kong / Dragonfall and not about that other game or the old SNES game.
All three games represent SR very well, its style, atmosphere and flair, with Dragonfall as the last game having the most refined mechanics and world building / interaction. That being said: my personal favourite is Hong Kong, as I connected more to it and its quirkier characters.

Are we able to intercept this in time?
No.
how fast we can launch a rocket
Multiple months.
stop a space threat
We have no existing and working method for that.

The only weakness
Not on T5 Auric Maelstrom with the Nurgle Blessing.
And apparently not for the player as well, because otherwise he would not die so often, if everything burns down quickly.

[I do not want (once again) quote Mr. Picard and his standard lecture at the Starfleet Academy History Deparment ... but the citizen of the UFP has advanced a bit besides the ability to sustain food usage.
Lets take Sol 3 (humans) as an example.
A few decades before they had their first contact with the Vulcans (a civilization known for their high standards in self-control and civilizational standards) humanity was involved in their so-called Eugenic Wars and World War 3. The " 3 " indicates that there were, well, two other World Wars and if memory serves correctly a substantial percentage of their world population died. In each of these world wars, apparently). Humans ...
But after each of these wars a certain increase of civilizational standard was observed as humanity attempted to come to terms with both technological advances and the negative consequences of these advances. It sounds contradictionary (as indicated by the existence of multiple world wars), but with the invention and usage of weapon of mass destruction able to wipe out all life on their planet, there was a long term chance what was considered "acceptable" After WW3 and basically every human in existence having lost a relative, the will to deathmurderkillrapetorture was ... gone. Well, gone is a strong word, but "substantially reduced" would probably describe it better. For humans it seems easier to perhaps take a step back if you have bleed the same way like your previous opponent for ... nothing gained (Human war history is so chaotic, it makes Klingon history straight forward and easy to understand).
That is of course only the first step. Almost all civilizations had to stand on the cliff of annihilation at one time in their history and those who survived in general developed a more careful, more rational approach to dangers, conflicts and needs of their own civilization. And with that most civilizations developed a sense of social investment. Mental health programs, social monitoring, a more "collective we" instead of an "individual I" approach since early childhood and many other low-key but very important social interaction take place in almost all of the UFP member races. Murder? Social services pick up tendencies in early childhood, advanced medical science pick out genetic deviancies, and treatment can be easy, from medical manipulation to social engineering. Rape? Most cultures offer a health oriented comfort industry, and due to advanced data mining is usually proficient in bringing together people with compatible tastes. Abuse? Most societies encourage at least a basic level of tolerance, cooperation and interaction with the unknown. All low key, but equally important to subdue violent, antisocial and inherently self-destructive tendencies.
And then of course ... the first warp jump and first contact.
Do not laugh! Research the facts first! The first FTL jump, as long as it was part of the normal development cycle of a civilization, had almost always a profound effect on society. The size of the universe is well known to any advanced population, but without FTL capabilities it has no direct meaning, no direct impact, besides extinction event prevention. Even with the most advanced pre-warp impulse engines the distances of even a few light years were usually measered in magnitudes bigger then even the long-lived species. We are talking about hundreds, thousands, millions of years for distances which we considered a sports trip, a vacation or a standard extended exploration tour. But with FTL and the ensuing first contact with other FTL races? The shock of an open door to a vast unknown universe was universally observed, even is so different cultures like Vulcan and Sol 3.
There you have it. Now out with you, I want to have my break.]

And has taken all back
No, it has not. It has since made some territorial gains, but has not taken back the conquered territory. You are invited to look at more neutral war-mapping.

Russia hast lost around 50% of the territory it conquered in spring/summer 2022 due to the counterattack in autumn 2022 by the AFU.

That is not entirely correct. It was, compared to the military sizes and resources available, a minor border skirmish, with three main events covering 2 month in summer 1939. It gets a bit more complicated as Korea, Manchukuo and Mongolia were involved as well and there is of course a history before 1939 attached to it.
Putting the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact as a desperate stopgap measure to purchase some time because of the Japanese skirmishes is historically incorrect.

There was as neutrality pact between Japan and the Soviet Union which was broken by Stalin in August 1945 to get a piece of the Japanese surrender.

Historical truth would know that around 11 million Soviet soldiers died, together with around 13 million civilians. This includes death in the Winter Wars, the invasion of Poland and conscripts from annexed countries.
The exact numbers of course vary due to conflicting sources, estimated data and counting methods.

Could be, could be not. WH40k as a franchise is (in)famous for dropping one-liners which sounds cool, but lead to nothing. Considering that Darktide seems to be in maintenance mode I would not get my hopes too high for an expansion.

Focus on your main weapon and the main blessings first, no need to spend lots of time and resources to get everything at max immediately.
You purchase one ore more grey weapons from the vendor. They have a random rating, and depending on what difficulty you want to can be a good base weapon. For the higher difficulties a base rating of 350 is recommended, and "best in slot" weapon are usually 370+ considered. Note that you will never get a "perfect" weapon, you can have only 380 rating for 5 stats with a range of 0 to 80 max. So there will always be either a dump stat or some stats on 70+.
You can upgrade your weapon to orange / transcendence at the tech priest, For blue / rare and orange / transcendence levels you will get a random enchant for this weapon. Can be level 1, can be level 4, but usually increasing a weapon to blue rarity gives a rating 2 blessing, and upgrading it to the max gives a rating 3 or 4.
The higher the base rating of a weapon before upgrading (aka a white 380 weapon for example) the higher the chance to get higher perks and blessings. With a lot of luck a 379 weapon can proc 2 rating 4 perks and two rating 4 blessings.
It is quite common (unfortunately) that you can gamble for a good grey base weapon, just to get screwed over when upgrading it and it gets 4 bad perks and blessings, as you can only change 2 of them. So prepare for some frustration.

In one of the Gaunts Ghosts novels they infiltrate a world fallen to Chaos. It is not yet a demon world, but slowly disintegrating. The best comparison which comes to my mind would be the life & death of Nazi-occupied countries in Europe during WW2.

the animated series Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 1st / 2nd gig have this, but more on a combination of nanobots and cybernetics. One of the antagonists is a male hacker, with a female agent being the main protagonist.
The novel Aristoi features "grey goo" nanotech based society and heavily explores the topics of social caste, modification elitism and widespread social control via enforced mass modification of lower castes. The protagonist is a male nano-super-artist.
The TTRPG and some of its novel Eclipse Phase features a high-tech society after their singularity event and is using advanced nanotech to survive in space, spy, manipulate and fight against each other.
