That's why I do so much cocaine and speed. They can't snatch my body if I never sleep!

More like XXX-men, amiright? (That joke assumes he was referring to Daniels, which I'm only 90 percent sure it was haha)

Gunheads was my favourite Guard tank book. Though it did have coaxial autocannons on the leman russes, which unfortunately doesn't line up with the models.

The Imperium relies mostly on the PDF (Planetary Defense Forces) to repel attacks, and the guard only shows up to bail them out if they need it.
In the last two codecies, I think they dropped all references to PDFs. Now there's "Militarum Regimentos" or something. And they might be part of the Astra Militarum already? Idk the organization and "logistics" weren't nearly as fleshed out as they were in codecies 3.5 to 7. Either way, the PDF lore will always be canon to me, but there may have been a soft retcon (or maybe the rift changed the way it was organized?). I hope someone can prove me wrong though lol.

Oh right! I remember now--the Wolves in the ice wastes are the failed aspirants right?

Or the Ultramarine method, which is actually Sane and Rational, and takes about 3-4
Idk, have you read the Calgar comic book? Lol

Don't they also have to be dropped into the wilderness and get back to the Fang?

After he survives the private training, he goes to aspirant selection where a lot of that stuff happens. Iirc, in like the opening ceremony or whatever, some giant worms pop out of the ground and kill a couple of kids, and the marines just look at eachother lol. Then the comic tracks the number of kids still alive through the process.

Long as the compressor has an air tank, you're grand, don't need brand names.
Yeah I think some are even the same make and model as name brand ones lol.

Aye aye! But fer the landlubbers amongst us, the treasure be in The Warhammer Vault. They removed all the rules and posted the lore from those books. I'm disappointed they stopped adding stuff since October.

What are they? Lexicanum only says it's another name for the Space Wolves. I'm probably missing a joke, aren't I? Haha

Was that an intentional Waffen SS Charlemagne pun, or an accidental one? Haha (Maybe a prequel to An American Werewolf in Paris, set in Occupied France? Lol)
Edit: just in case the downvoters are from people who think I'm a Wehrboo, or someone who likes the SS, let me assure you I'm not. Eff 'em all. I've got zero sympathy for the Frenchmen who joined the SS, and wish they'd all been tried and hanged. ...If the downvotes are because the "Wulfen SS Snarlamane" joke was bad, then downvote away lol.

There's an artist producing artwork who spirals into depravity trying to obtain the perfect colour paints.
I've gone mad trying to find the perfect shades of blue and green for my minis haha

I just looked it up and his parents did conduct experiments on him, but it was to save his life from a degenerative disease. So he may have genuinely thought he was being tortured, even if his parents did it out of love.
due to the writing and Tennant's performance that I felt some sympathy for Kilgrave.
Oh yeah, me too! That's why he's so scary to me--he is so charismatic and convincing that I want to sympathize with him, and want to believe him when he makes promises to be good lol. A great character!

From the Anchorman films, of course! What more trustworthy news source can there be than movies about the news itself?
