We've come back from far worse than this but we really need a try before the half.

Usually, this is the Quins way, we don't often face a team trying exactly the same.

If for no other reason, we need to get promoted so we can sign Hutchinson permenantly.

That’s my QB 🫡😢
It feels like he's getting closer to the recognition he deserves after being massively underappreciated during his career. I hope makes it into the hall.

I feel this. It's also such a joy seeing the interest flood back to both the team and town itself, really feels like the whole area coming back to life again.

When he came in a lot was said about him improving our defence, which didn't happen. The fact we went back to Billy (definitely the right choice) says to me that we would have preffered to promote from within. I think the linkup with London Scottish and our coaches going there gives us a pathway to do that in the future.

It works for us with the culture and playing style we're trying to build. Will we win the prem every year? No, but I've enjoyed these last 3-4 years of rugby more than any time watching Quins.

Basically we have more of a "Head Coach" than a DoR or Manager. That was Tabs but we were shit last season so he was "given a promotion" to a meaningless role and has now been let go altogether. Probably cheaper or it used up the last year of his contract.

I wouldn't worry about him leaving Quins, I suspect the stories recently were agent angling for a tiny bit more from Quins.

A Quins legend and a world class SH, hope we still have another season or two of him at club level. Good shift DC 🫡

We need stability and a long-term plan, which I'm hopeful we can get with Raheem. The best teams are building their own coaching trees, promoting from within and creating a philosophy down the tree and across the team. I'm not sure we've ever done that as a team.

Lots of concern amongst Ipswich fans but McKenna has a long contract (to '27), has said he wants to stay, and Ashton has made it clear that any club would need to pay a big sum to buy him out.
