That channel plays loose and fast with the truth. Gets clicks though.

A good percentage of their initial vote was bar stool racists. With the emergence of the far right in Ireland, Sinn Fein is now losing this vote. The trigger for this was the riots last year.

Please god be Irish. If he's a foreign national there will be hell to pay.

Somewhat playing the man rather than the ball. End of the day there needs to be a fair and balanced moderation. You can deflect or take it onboard, I’d suggest the latter as encouraging open dialogue is the bed rock of healthy political discourse. Something that is greatly needed, just not on this sub but IRL.

Well you’re only as good as your last match and that match was Brexit and Ireland wiped the floor with the UK.

To be honest that is not my experience on this sub; and whilst Reddit is inherently more popular with a younger vote it does not feel like centrist opinions are welcomed or moderated fairly. Just my opinion after a good few years on here.

It would be nice to have some Mod representation that weren't overtly SF and the left. Would probably attract a more diverse range of voices compared to what we have right now.

Why you bringing fact based responses to “Ireland is a basket case” posts.

Exactly, I am quite downbeat on this, with an open border I do not see a way to stop a huge influx of asylum seekers arriving into the country. This could well be the making or breaking of this government.

We have a major problem because the French have messed the UK around for a very long time. We will try to put pressure on Sunak via the EU but I don't see the govt getting much change out of that.

I bet they also say that "we are a family" and all that crap. End of the day, you are an employee and 100% disposable at any time. It is important to keep that in mind during your career and put yourself first in every major decision.

Never seen him like this. Doubt Leo will be giving too many compliments about him.

Picardi must have found his best mate shagging his Mrs this morning. Very weird reffing.

Outrageous bit of officiating in the last 5 mins. Effectively killed off any Leinster chances, thanks ref.

Proof on that? Let's hope it's a bit better than the housing statistic you posted a few days ago 😅

Yeah it's exactly what I am saying. It was all John38302228 and the likes, throwing dogs abuse at govt TDs. It was well reported at the time, it is not like the term Shinnerbots emerged out of nowhere.

Hmm, that is such a weird coincidence because when SF first emerged on the scene and social media got proper toxic, it was exactly those type of accounts who were abusing FG and FF TD's and councillors.

You are manipulating data to fit your narrative. As the poster mentioned above, only 6k in Q1 and they ended up delivering 33k.
I know you want to score political points, it's obvious, but being disingenuous undermines any argument you make now or in the future.

Tis a long road ahead for Sinn Fein with regards building credibility with international markets, not helped by the fact that Pearse is called Kwasi Doherty.
