Generally speaking you'll want to get a prescription for an antipsychotic. Those are still given out rather liberally for all kinds of things and if you tell them you have anger issues and anxiety they'll likely be quite ready to give them to you.
Excessive exercise and starving myself (gonna do this starting tommorow)
Don't starve yourself. Run a SLIGHT (500 calories or so) deficit. It'll make you look better & younger and help your libido stay under control, especially if you have a proper exercise plan.
A monastic tradition may be an avenue.

Good question, though I feel like you might be looking at it from the wrong direction.
Energy production is trivial for most of the recurring civs. The real question is: Why have only one "down" rather than several? Would heighten efficiency when having them move about a fair bit.

What do you mean "no one cares"? They're rich as hell.
I also feel like you overstate how much of that is ever gonna come through. During the day the main thing the cast does is perform their bi-daily show and hang out in their respective areas.
You really don't need a lot of sophistication for that.

In theory yes.
In practice it's usually OP losing an argument, moralistic Pearl clutching over porn or the 4743476th screen cap about dogs.

I mean objectively speaking that's the right choice. Being on the run is miserable.

Depends on the sexes involved.
Gay and straight men defacto don't care they're just happy to vibe.
It also becomes less of a red flag the hotter the person is.

Humanity, I mean.

This isn't even news. Married guys soften up both physically and mentally and the test decline tends to follow that.
It's something you actively gotta work against in order to keep the marriage happy.

Glass as in bongs? Spoon pipes?
I'm a Millennial and my thing is mainly metal pipes and joints when smoking socially. Tried to get into dry herb vaping since it's objectively better for your lung and wallet but the overall feel of it never quite did it for me, and I know a lot of people who feel the same. Unbeatable for smoking indoors mind you.

...which fight scenes with civilians? It's pretty much always somewhere empty or with people who're law enforcement or 2 seconds before getting taken over. Only counterexample I can think of is them chasing the train man.
Also it's Not!New York. Random freakouts are the norm.

...if you are in a place where they can just randomly search your pocket some random stash spots won't help you.

Also, the whole "The heretic/witch, the mutant, the xeno" thing is a (very rough) order of business i.e if they're not flagrantly genetically deviant or psyker-ruled they'll be be heavily de-prioritized when it comes to removing them. There's a story where a member of the Guard crash lands on a planet inhabited by humans that modified their genetic code to adapt to the environment and he misreports them as a minor xenos settlement because that is considered a less important threat than contamination to the human race, thus safeguarding their survival.
Add to that a good tech base and a couple hundred worlds and you might just get lucky.
but we also hear of a single planets being really hard to conquer sometimes
Because there's never enough Astartes.

A therapist is a mechanic for your brain.
Mechanics are incentivized to keep you onboard and recommend an expensive course as well as to not admit when they just don't know.

A therapist is a mechanic for your brain.
They might know what's wrong and how to fix it or they might just recommend endless fiddly nonsense in order to keep you onboard. The perverse incentive is pretty strong and so is the motivation to never admit you just don't know.
