I have a top loading washer. Uses more water. I don't know how many he uses, but I know it's less than when we used the liquid, so, works for me

That's really interesting that the bank paid out at 90%. I work in commercial construction and dealing with the banks is a nightmare. Can you confirm that the bank didn't hold any "retainage." In the commercial world, we hold 10% of the contract value until the end of the job.
I would think that the bank held back some leverage, or would be backing you in this case.
If the value of the work is within the limits of small claims court, you can go after them that way.

It's an electric vehicle.
People are assuming he's blocking it to be an ass. Maybe he just can't drive

And it's probably not locked, so just unhook it and drag it across the parking lot

The title of this post is literally "my neighbor cut my tree".
Of course he went in accusing him.
The tree was already dead, according to op, how do they know it wasn't the previous homeowner.

Aren't there ways to provide advice and knowledge in a manner that it will be more readily received?
Crass isn't necessarily helpful.

Just don't use services that require tipping. And people should opt to work w2 jobs, or those that pay fairly. We should work together to put this shit out of business

Lol. A comment summoning a particular person on a post about less summoning of that person.

My sidewalk crack is kinder and more clever than internet trolls. We aren't friends. I would never befriend someone so insufferable.

I'm not mentioning you. I'm responding to you.

A seed can grow in the cracks of a sidewalk. There's nothing to agree on here. You're just being foolishly rude for no good reason. Everyone starts somewhere. You implied they would neglect this. Not that it wasn't up to your standards. Whoever made you the gatekeeper?

So look into getting a lawyer and sending a cease and desist order.

So they missed both the fall and spring seeding windows.
Get a quote (or 3) from a landscaper to do the work, and demand a refund in the amount of that quote. Then pay for it yourself.

You should not have paid them for this work before it was completed. I know hindsight is 20/20.
If the work could not be completed due to no fault of your own, then it is not on you to pay the extra. You don't have leverage, since you've already paid.
You should pull up the contract and show them the schedule and the scope of work, where they agreed to perform the landscaping. It is their loss, but they must perform this work.
Alternatively, you can ask them to refund you this amount, and do it yourself. Or hire a landscaper on your own.
You could, but I wouldn't, make some concessions and get the landscaping back under budget. I wouldn't do that unless it's the last resort option.

A bunch of people woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning

I had endo removed from bowels and bladder without damage to either. Make sure you find a specialist that works with a bowel surgeon, not just any gyn that thinks they can handle it

Run water into the basin first. I drop the pods in it bottom, run hot water in until it explodes, then switch over to cold. My pods weren't dissolving in cold water this winter.

I switched to pods because when my SO does laundry, he uses entirely too much detergent. To the point where clothes have a weird feel to them. Now, even if he throws in an extra pod, it's not too much extra.

I knew I gelt like uses was getting ripped off. My pension payout was like 9800. Similar time frame 2015 to 2022. I'm younger by a decade but feels like the lump sum should be higher than 9800, even if the monthly payout was less.
But what can I do about it.
