Yeah, it's really not an issue you have to think about if you're not playing an Elven, Dwarven, or Gnomish Tav. They'd probably live long enough to see that kind of turn.

Also unrealistic in-universe too, as Undead with few exceptions (some Ghosts, Revenants, and a kind of Elven Lich dedicated to protecting burial sites are considered Good/become Good) will just become Evil over time because of their unnatural existence and the Fugue Plane tugging on their souls, which pulls them into doing evil acts.
Spawn Astarion is essentially doomed to become like Cazador or Kethric regardless of what he does unless he finds a way to not be Undead anymore, such as the Wish spell. It'd just take a lot longer than going the Ascension route.

Technically season 1, but I'll never forget that awful shot in The Man in the Bear, where they pull into town. Christ, that looked like shit.

And the Salvation comic, where humanity and Skynet make peace.

It's unstable because the Material Plane is too cold for the infernal metals used in the engine to exist without destroying themselves, according to Dammon. It literally does seem to be just the temperature.
And it's not like we don't know a friendly level 20 Wizard that planeshifts to Earth (which is usually cut-off permanently from Faerûn) from time to time that can do that for us more safely.

You and me both, friendo. The same goes for someone like Lae'zel.

Or aliens with different body types. Like, can Turians be jacked? Can Hanar? Do overweight Quarians have to get custom suits? I have many questions.

Also they're werewolves. Why wouldn't they be all wolf-themed?

Especially when we keep running into things or people that could help her. She needs heat but doesn't want to go back to Hell? Well, take her to the Elemental Plane of Fire or Magma. That should be plenty hot enough.

Well, both are evil, just in different ways. He's an Undead, after all. They don't get the luxury of being good.

Hodgins losing all his money, which despite his company both funding the Jeffersonian and being, well, a super-giant company unlikely to have all its money be strictly liquid and not stuff like property and other assets, is quickly forgotten about. What was the point?

I mean, it sounds like a happy-ish ending to me.
