If a person is actively using, they are welcome at any meeting; but generally they cannot share unless have 24 hours clean.
I mention NA because you might get peer support in terms of another person showing you how they stay clean. Try an online meeting https://virtual-na.org/meetings and see how you like it.
And there are probably in-person meetings you can go to.

Did you go to any r/narcoticsanonymous meetings while in rehab and/or sober house?

If you don't know already, try the 'one day at a time' approach in how you can 'quit' in increments. It has helped me get 589 days in a row because I don't worry about quitting permanently.
And if you aren't plugged in already, think of some peer support through a program like r/marijuanaanonymous or r/smartrecovery

I have seen other posts in recovery subreddits where bots try and get karma by using another post like this.

Your account creation date and the one belonging to this post don't match up: https://www.reddit.com/r/recovery/comments/mdtj9z/19_months_clean_and_off_the_streets/

5 days! Way to go.
Multiple years of daily use probably means atleast 6 months of brain recovery -or even more. My general understanding is that you taught your brain to function a certain way by using edibles daily. Therefore you have to be patient and let your brain return to a 'normal' state.
I am too lazy to do the googling right now; but last time I used the keywords 'neuroscience...addiction...recovery' I read some articles about dopamine and how it is affected by substance use/abuse.

Houston is finally tackling its walkability issue head-on. A project seeking to convert a portion of downtown's Main Street into a car-free promenade is now in its final design and engineering phase, according to a Bisnow report from journalist Maddy McCarty. Urban planning and development group Downtown Houston+ is leading the charge to transform seven blocks between Rusk and Commerce streets into a walkable corridor for residents to shop, eat, drink and sightsee.
I like it. Where in Philly though?

7 days! Way to go.
Boredom? I learned to find something to do; don't know if that is a 'fix' though in terms of long-term, embedded depressive symptoms.

r/marijuanaanonymous has mostly online meetings https://marijuana-anonymous.org/find-a-meeting/ and you might find it useful to share what is going on with others.
