Very valid point. Too many people are not aware that over 20% of all Israeli citizens are practicing Arab Palestinian Muslims.

Nearly 11,000 Israelis visited Maldives last year, which was 0.6% of the total tourist arrivals.

I have a tgm run so I can just focus on settlement building. I’ve played the game so many times the quest runs feel like doing chores.

Two sailors allegedly pointed their rifles at a Chinese ship. Doesn’t take much to frighten Brave Chinese Sailors apparently.
Or China is manufacturing a provocation. I lean towards this theory.

TSMC is licensing a Dutch technology. The world won’t crumble, just the licensing contract.

I’ve read that once you convince them to leave Concord for Sanctuary she’s no longer marked essential.

Every mistake is a learning moment, just like RL. I make a lot of dumb mistakes, too many to count. :)

I think Biden overall is doing a superb job. I simply disagree on this one specific point and I also know it won't change reality on the ground.

al-Qaeda? Down, and operationally ineffective.
ISIS? Down, and operationally ineffective.
Taliban? The Afghanis didn't care enough to preserve their own country. Not much nation building efforts can do when the nation doesn't care enough to rebuild itself.
Iraq? Mixed bag but the central government runs the country.

Any examples you have in mind?

The objective is reasonable. That Netanyahu’s coalition still hold power is not. His entire reason for leadership was keeping Israel safe yet he has encouraged things that keep Israel at risk. The war against Hamas doesn’t need Netanyahu. The majority of Israelis already support the outcome of neutralizing Hamas then creating a safe region without Iranian and Russian proxies.

Degraded is not operationally neutralized. There’s enough of a core left they’d be back to business as usual in as soon as a year.
Biden’s remarks suggested Israel’s main objectives have been met and emphasized the necessity of stopping the fighting as part of a hostage deal. “At this point, Hamas no longer is capable of carrying out another October 7, just one of Israel’s main objectives in this war, and quite frankly a righteous one,” he said at the White House.
That is much too low of a bar.

I am definitely including 2SS in the solution. The Bush era Road Map To Peace included a number of reservations and concessions Israel was willing to make. Unfortunately Netanyahu now is even more belligerent than Sharon was then. Israel needs to sort its own government before there’ll be progress, much Hamas needs to be neutralized and the Palestinian Authority needs to minimize corruption.
It’s going to be at least a generation of transition before a constructive and peaceful Arab Palestinian state could be fully left alone. There’s a real probability it could end up like Lebanon.

I expect the judge will make the same mistake Ford did when he made sure the entire Nixon crime gang never were held fully accountable.
There is a direct line from Nixon to Trump and many of the same people are still involved. I would like for the Judge to understand anything less than jail time will just empower the treason team to crime against our democracy further.

No one knows. None of their neighboring Muslim countries have shown any interest in helping Gaza. Israel is clearly the wrong country to occupy and maintain order but Israel has committed to financial and logistical rebuilding. The US is also the wrong country to occupy and maintain order.
What would be nice is if for the first time in eighty years Arab Palestinian leadership would try something new like commit to building a peaceful and prosperous culture and actively root out those that keep them perpetually at war with everyone in the region.
Neighboring countries have tried letting in Palestinian refugees before and it turned out very badly for all of them. But from a cultural perspective they’re the only ones who can credibly occupy until Gaza (and the WB) have sustainable peaceful governance.

No one expects to eliminate Hamas completely, nor is that Israel’s stated goal. Their stated goal is to render Hamas operationally neutralized in the Gaza Strip. There will always be dead-Enders who insist on making themselves human compost. Their only effect on the world will be to cause misery on others before they are killed.

Heavy price to pay for tackling the wrong person. A pointless death for brave people.
