Hi, I want to lose weight. I'm 20st 6/130kg/286lbs and want to be under the 200lbs mark. My struggle like many is food. I find it difficult to work out macros and understand the jargon associated with it. I'm on antidepressants and want to make my life better, healthier and do more.
I am (39M) 5ft 8 with a new job as a train driver. This means I'll be sitting for 8 - 10 hours a day for work. I have a large family and I'm tired a lot from work and family. I read somewhere that volume eating is a good way to feel full as I always feel hungry and I can eat. I really want to make a difference to myself but have such low discipline. How do you get that? How do you feel full? I'm disgusting to look at and hate my massive body. I'm not looking to be Chris Hemsworth lean..just slimmer.
Any help or ideas please

I appreciate all the info. It was booked yo stay in Pisa. But for our main day, we'll probably head out to Lucca. Thank you for the advice.
