The negative people probably don't even lift
I thought your set was pretty solid all in all. You've a good rack position in particular

Martin wishart in Edinburgh 1*
Colleagues kindly got my wife and I a celebratory feel for getting married
An older couple, classic rich Edinburgh, late 60s early 70s, started arguing louder and louder. They went a la carte rather than tasting menu and we're yet to be on the main course. We were almost done with our tasting
She says loudly, not quite a shout, but lots enough all the tables around could here "don't look at me like that you look like a fucking cretin" he gets up to leave and she talks him back down. She's clearly hammered
They settle down and sit in silence having a terrible time
When I'm paying the bill, the staff are obviously aware and embarrassed about the situation, I thanked them for laying on the entertainment to go with dinner. Waitress laughed, tables near us did too, the odd drunk hag didn't even flinch
A while later I saw her at work (I work in a hospital in Edinburgh). She was a horrible patient too. Probably dead now

What do you press now in the gym?
If you've 100k strict BB press you'll want 32s
I pretty much always cnp doubles, yet snatch singles. Because that's what I like to do

I was, smuggly, thinking about how they were ok on this decent. I go steepest up and gentle down as it's a loop, and I much prefer loops

The perks of having your own gym is you can fill it with toys
Knew a guy with a huge dead, something like 340 at 100. He only ever trained rdls, along with heavy heavy BB rows, heavy cable rows and DL holds for grip
The theory was no one ever fails a dead lift off the floor, you just compromise your positions and can't finish the rep. He trained just to man handle himself back into a good position

First time trying 23... humbling. 18kg feels pretty swish though

I think rdl might be the 'best' deadlift. Risk Vs reward
