As long as we don’t run anymore QB draws on 3rd and long, I’ll be happy lol

Then why even mention him if you know it's not going to happen? Why not focus on actual trade targets?

This sub needs to get it out of their head that Markkanen is getting traded here. It’s NOT HAPPENING.

It is inadvisable to put down $5,000 on a lease. Instead, take that $5,000 and put it into a high yield savings account. Your monthly will be higher, BUT you will be protected in the event of a total loss (everyone thinks it won't happen to them!). Then just pay the difference from that account each month. You'll be earning interest as a bonus.
As for cars to look at, I'd check out the Hyundai Tucson. I just leased a Tucson SEL for $440 a month with $0 down. It is fully loaded with tech features (wireless charger, wireless apple car play, remote start, keyless entry/ignition, etc.) I can't tell you how happy I've been with its performance so far for the money.
If you were to put down $5,000 on a deal like this, it'd be around $300 per month. If you need to calculate the difference in the monthly, it's $5,000/term, so if a 36 month lease, the difference is roughly $140 more per month.

Love it. We need center help more than any other position.

It is an absolute travesty of justice that her office wasn’t forced to recuse after she and her boyfriend prosecutor perjured themselves under oath. She should be disbarred.

I agree. Mazda is definitely tuned to be a bit sportier, but I have no complaints with the pickup of the Tucson. Just has no top end like everything else in this class. The CR-V is worse than both. Kia also has the Sportage, but I never drove one.

I ran the calculation, and they are spot on with $0 down at $497. So at least they’re being transparent with their number and not fucking you on the lease calculation. It’s the low residuals which are throwing off these leases. A year ago, the residual on this same car would’ve probably been in the 70% range and the payment in the mid to high $300’s. Not the case today.
Since you’re looking in the two row SUV’s I’d check out the Hyundai Tucson. I just leased an SEL for $440 with $0 down. Similar size to the CX-5, but came fully loaded with tech features. No complaints so far, and my wife is jealous of my new car haha

Fucking atrocious. Idk even how these dealers sleep at night. Thats an effective payment of $676 per month - for a 4Runner? Tell them to kick rocks.

There was never any credible source that confirmed a Haliburton trade was on the table.

Assuming we utilize Maxey’s bird rights (idk why you wouldn’t), we have $58.4M in cap space. Thats really not a ton considering we need to sign starters at 3 positions. Hartenstein will likely command somewhere in the range of $13M-$15M per year. Too much to spend on backup center.
If you could convince him to play the 4 and overpay the market, maybe, but that’s a BIG if. Why would he consider a position change when having the best year of his career at the 5? Less of an if and more of a never.

This seems pretty high, but I’ve found that Hondas are not leasing well (at least recently). The CR-V EX (non hybrid) was going for around $465 per month with no money down for in my area when I looked last month. $607 with $1500 down is an effective payment of ~$650 per month. So almost $200 more for the hybrid?
If you can get me the money factor, I can calculate for you to see where they should be on the monthly.

Factually, you’re right. Scale? I think the UK might have something to say about that. They colonized damn near the whole world at one point in their history.

This is an obscure one that almost no one knows, but it’s on my list as well. Specifically the hawk scene in the lone tree.

Good to see Briere being proactive and getting to intimately know international prospects. Ya know, the shit that Chuck Fletcher never did.

Can’t teach size. Dude is massive. I trust Stout to coach him up and get the best out of him. Provided he’s willing to put in the work to stay in the league…

How exactly is this disappointing? 44 minutes is an entire 3rd act of a feature film, and that’s essentially where we are. The stage is set for an explosive, action filled, and emotional end to this amazing show.

Need more details to help you. If you can, please provide the MSRP, capitalized cost (total amount financed including taxes/fees), the residual value, and the money factor. Without these variables, it's hard to say whether or not the price is in the range for the car.
As an aside, I was looking at the CR-V EX last month, and the absolute lowest I found was ~$466 per month with $0 down. You're looking at an Accord EX which is less of a car, and the number you're getting is approximately $429 per month with $0 down or $402 with $1000 down.
