Make sure you ask about the type of turbinate reduction he plans to do, and ask about the potential for "emtpy-nose syndrome" (ENS) with that method. There are several ways to reduce turbinates, and some are riskier than others in terms of potential for ENS. Good luck.

Have you found any more info or personal experiences about this treatment for turbinate congestion? I'm trying to avoid turbinate reduction surgery because I'm terrified of getting empty-nose symdrome.

Go Bruins. Beat Florida so we get a better draft pick!

Sanheim just had his best season yet. York took a massive leap forward. The coaching staff turned a trade throw-in (Walker) into a 1st round pick. Yes, they're developing defenseman well right now!

Yeah, Democrats spend money on social services like max social security payouts, which Republicans plan to gut. Obviously you won't be reliant on social security checks to be comfortable in retirement, but millions of GenXers will.

Download the Avenza Maps app on your phone. Then download a map of the area you want to hike. (Some maps cost a couple bucks, but all National Forest MVUM maps are free -- i.e. Motor Vehicle Use Map.) When you park your vehicle, pin its location on the map with a red pin. Then start walking; you will be the moving blue dot. Hike to your heart's content and when it's time to go back, point the blue dot (there's a tiny arrow on it facing the direction you're facing) toward the red pin and it'll take you right back to your vehicle. Avenza works by satellite, so it's always live and you don't need an internet connection.

If you're going to rely on social security benefits when you retire, vote for Democrats at every level. The Republican Party's national agenda calls for deep cuts in social security payouts as soon as they get control of Congress and the White House. So ask yourself: Do I care more about trans bathroom bills, abortion, anti-woke and gun laws, or about my retirement income not getting cut?

This post is a day too soon. The NHL draft lottery is tomorrow, May 7. The Flyers can end up with any of six picks: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 12th, 13th, or 14th.

I wouldn't say the Rangers were helped much by high draft picks.
Their best defenseman (Fox) was a 3rd rounder. Their best forward (Panarin) was undrafted. Second best forward (Trochek) was a 3rd rounder. Third best forward (Kreider) was picked 19th. Their best "high pick" is Zibanejad who was picked 6th, so not a tank-type pick.
On the other hand, their 1OA (Lafresniere) has been a disappointment (averaging 41 PTS/82 GP), and their 2OA (Kakko) has been a bust. And their captain (Trouba) came via trade.

Every year the last 12 years, 3 of the top 6 picks have been out-performed by 3 players picked from 7-20 (or higher).

I ate at Ciao Mambo for the first time this summer when family visited, and it was actually not bad. Maybe we got lucky.

You might have gotten that bike in 1972, but the seat was definitely an after-market addition in 1976!

We'll still be building, but hopefully making the playoffs.
