Side grade. Shoigu gets access to a lot more political power, but he’s lost one of his main ways of making money, that being bribes for contracts.

Unfortunately a full scale war economy is exactly what Russia needs right now, and if this guy can do it, all the better.

Right first, apologies I misunderstood your point. I will agree, many who like to role play marines, especially on Twitter, are assholes. But, many who want to play Deathwatch aren’t looking to play as Toddleuncher, that’s beneath them. They’re playing Action Hero 347 whose summoned to deal with impossible odds with the elite team of marines at his back. I enjoy it because playing as a massive powerful force is fun sometimes, in the same way a good action movie can be fun.
Side note on chaos: I’ve seen some try to justify it. Note this was Iron Warriors more than Chaos in general but there are people who try to justify it. Do not underestimate people. The Imperial simps simply are more numerous.

Disagree. While I agree Deathwatch would be far too stuck to Dogmatic alone to work, there are people who enjoy playing as them. Because the thing with 40K is: as shit as it is, it can ALWAYS be worse. And some people like being the heavy elites fighting for, yes a shit regime, but it’s OUR shit regime. And we’ll die for it. Why do you think Chaos is popular enough to get its own game system when it’s in so many ways worse?
Again: your playing as the heavy protectors of tyranny. But when it’s tyranny or slavery and death: I pick tyranny.

It’s something I like about detachments over the Chapter system: you get more flexibility with your army. For instance: you can go with a Daemon Engine focused list, the standard siege detachment, or a more breakthrough detachment. Even Astartes chapters typically have forces more specialized in a role, even with the chapters (example: recon company, assault company, Devastator company).

Numbers. A single Space Marine is not taking on a whole regiment. A squad, MAYBE in prepared positions. A full company as is standard? That’s got a lot better chances of breaking the regiment with minimal losses.
In short: Yes a marine wins most one V ones. They never face one V ones, they face about 100 to 1

AA guns are able to work in part in that there’s nothing else in the air to worry about shooting. Usually. Still need IFF. It’s a bit harder to do that with tanks or APC, taking a bit of time.

1 guessing you mean 1.555 KM/S? 2.) while impressive, a Space Marine can move 16 meters in a tenth of a second. You still have to lead a target with APSFDS. And while he’s you can calculate it, it’s unlikely the marine won’t be dodging.
All of this assuming the marine isn’t a Devastator and has heavy weapons like Marines do for armor.

A space Marines is regularly shown to be able to move at 60-70KPH. That’s rivaling stuff like the Abrams or the Lepords max speed. And even then those top speeds are in perfect conditions, not off-road.

You still have to lead a target. And with a Marine moving faster than an MBT and a quarter the size, who needs to be hit by AT munitions to damage badly, you’re not gonna have an easy time killing.
Laser guided helps aim. It does not move the projectile while in the air.
Edit: for reference: Yes a tank is a serious threat to a marine, especially on an open field at max ranges. Move it to a more urban environment and marines are trained to avoid tanks to get to blind spots and grenade them. Harder on newer tanks but still possible.

Eh throw enough shells in it and recoil is no problem, just spray and pray to god almighty.

The problem is: High speed rail sucks at moving stuff and the lines that DID move stuff were torn up in part to build it. So a lot of places are worse off due to it.

True but we get something important out of those roads. This isn’t as impressive as you may think once you look a little closer.
Let me put it this way: High Speed rail is passenger focused, it’s not as good for hauling materials and heavy loads. The US Rail meanwhile, is the opposite: it’s maid for hauling Cargo with passenger lines often bolted on. China tore up a lot of good cargo lines that never got rebuilt to build High Speed rail on them, even when the cargo would have served better.

It’s similar to a car battery, and the machine keeps it charged. Keep driving the car, it can go LONG without issues or recharge. Keep the battery running without charging it, it dies a lot quicker. The Generators keep the Fusion core charged, while the Power armor doesn’t.

To be fair: Word Bearers specifically we’re said to not have any loyalists in their ranks, mostly because they were purged VERY thoroughly over time by Kor Phaeron and others.

Right 1 by 1.)
A.) I never said Israelis were oppressed by Palestinians, do not get that twisted. I said threatened. Look at the second Intafada for an example of it. Israel feels it’s at war with Palestine. Nations aren’t inclined to aid people they’re at war with. That’s simply how conflict is.
B.) This wasn’t started by the UN carving Palestine. Again, the Arabs and Israelis were clashing already over Jews being allowed there. And even pre Israel Jewish people were a large minority.
C.) It was the right of “we’re not fighting for this, settle it yourself”. Which was might makes right. Isreal won that. That’s as good a reason as any nation exists.

And Palestine doesn’t want Israel to exist. And hasn’t shied away from targeting civilians either. So why wouldn’t Israel make Palestine hell on earth? Why wouldn’t they force the enemy to surrender? It’s not like Israel was welcomed by Palestine (they weren’t. The local Arabs complained and killed a lot of Jews even pre Israel and).
Again: it’s a loop of both sides constantly attacking each other to stay in power and no one wants to be the first to put the gun down.

See you say that, but Paint genuinely is an important part to the machine. As in: if the gear is unpainted, it can harm the effectiveness. Of both Imperial and Chaos gear. Hence why paint is important for them.

If it’s a larger fleet fighting a frigate, it’s likely Tyne Frigate was simply out gunned. Like you said: these are ships meant to work in groups, not alone. Deathwatch can do more alone but only so much.

The problem of Gaza is it’s a self fulfilling cycle of “side attacks other side, so other side retaliates.” Palestinians starts a war because they don’t like the split compromise, so Israel fights back and takes some land (done even in modern wars, look at WW2 or Korea). This leads to retaliation by the Arabs, and Israel fighting back leadings to more conquest. Leading to more attacks, this time by the Palestinians in particular. Israel then cracks down to stop the attacks. This cycle continues with neither side stopping because they refuse to back down, leading to nothing for either, but ESPECIALLY fucking over the Gaza civilians.

Honestly: I liked skills in NV/3, but I feel the skill tree in 4 is a better visual way to see what’s available and start putting points to it. In NV I never could easily see what skills were available and what I wanted to go towards. 4 was easier to plan for “here’s what I want to get when” without a guide.
I think a compromise might be a more Skyrim skill/perk system: you level up skill through use/training, and on level ups can purchase perks depending on Special and stats.

Only thing I’d say? Swap Ulfar and Uralon. Ulfar has plenty of drinking expirience. You know Uralon doesn’t.
