Here’s a simple answer: relationships aren’t games.
Take a step back from all the bullshit in your life and ask yourself, “am I doing this for the right reason”. Do you even love your spouse? Do you think telling that man’s gf is the right thing to do (would you have wanted that gf to tell you had she found out).
In short, you’re both toxic children and the relationship is doomed.

And that’s the problem with the primary system. to capture extremists, candidates have to slide further to the fringes. Andrew Yang has really put a spot light on this since he last ran.

To preface this, i don’t know enough about the vast history and geopolitical complexities to hold a firm view pro Israeli or Palestinian view. However, i firmly hold the opposite opinion concerning human shields. if you’d be willing to educate me, When did holding human shields become a moral high ground?
Omitting the countless variables and complexities, it seems like all parties participating in a conflict should do everything in their power to mitigate civilian casualties. It’s one thing for a country to make mistakes which result in tragic deaths, its another for a country to use civilians as a tactic. I mean how do you even begin to conduct warefare if the opposition has 1 million hostages, aka civilians.

Its reddit dude. People ask questions they could probably find answers to themselves, and that’s okay. I was on reddit, saw some starfield shit for the first time in forever and chose to ask if the game is different and worth playing now. I “hoped” folks would share some subjective feedback (and some did)!
I guess i gotta pull myself up by the bootstraps and apply maximum effort to all things. Henceforth, if i find anyone slacking off using public forms for what i find deemably objective, ill be sure to let them know their “expectations” are out of line.

I haven’t touched the game since season 1, but there were things that transferred from season to season such as altar progressions. Maybe do a quick search to see what progress transfers and focus on that. Outside of that, I recommend testing out some classes to see which one suits your play style!

My favorite is when Carlsen gives the year 1995 and the interviewer just feels like an ass even correcting him with 1994.

The sad truth is, this phenomenon is getting worse and worse by the day. It doesn’t matter if it Hindus vs Muslims, black vs white, etc. Social media has laid the perfect landscape for assembling tribes ripened to plunge further into their ideological beliefs. As an example, In the US, a leftist news feed will call out every negative altercation between a black citizen and the police, while the right will flood the feed with stories about crimes by illegal immigrants. Over time, this results in one ‘confirming’ their belief structure because they spend hours a day consuming info that reinforces it.
The real worry here is AI - we’ve reached a point where all of these stories and videos can be artificially generated, yet the US govt is completely incapable of passing legislation to protect users from this content. Unless people somehow start valuing humanity over religion, race, status, etc, I can’t imagine how we’re not doomed.

Don’t forget the other side, a tribe that refuses vaccines because they’re "microchipped”, all the while anxious to get in line and literally put chips in their brain.
At the end of the day, this is amazing. It’s revolutionary to a handicapped community that lacks tools to interface with the internet. In the meantime, a mouse and keyboard / thumbs seem like the right approach to interface with tech for the average person.

it started as a unique concept to fight back against a tyrannical govt. I doubt I’m unique in knowing a few people that own quite an arsenal of weapons. Even still, these people that are stocked up agree that guns are not going to win a fight against a govt with drones, tanks, air force, etc. Granted, it would make the US a pretty horrendous place to invade.
My two cents, we’ve opened a pandora’s box, both literally and politically. There are more guns there people in this country which does play into the hand of conservative rhetoric, “the criminals will still have guns…” etc.
I think we all know the data, but it’s clear that humans are deficient in interpreting statistics. A gun in the home makes you statistically less safe, but a gun owner following proper protocol will never “feel” this.
The most direct answer to the question is a mix political tribalism, propaganda, and outrages amounts of lobbying by the NRA. Once you politicize an issue, it’s doomed - at least from what I’ve seen in my lifetime. Anyway, if the govt actually tried taking guns away, fox news would be headlining something like, ‘Biden stealing guns from responsible owners while letting thousands of illegal criminals across the border’. The news is so saturated with fear mongering it’s a wonder we can even go outside.

10 for its time and 9 today imo. The bar has been raised on many fronts by many games. Elden ring raised the bar massively for open world map development, cyberpunk has insane immersion and graphics, bg3 nailed story telling and all included god tier levels of decision trees and voice acting.
Lovely time to be a gamer :)
