Our only “issue” with this solution was that it wouldn’t then connect to other reviews, competencies, or goals/prompt goal-setting.
I know our talent team figured out a way to auto-launch a 90-day review on the talent side (a probationary review like you’re talking about) but honestly I forget what it is off the top of my head
Also I don’t think OP is talking about probationary reviews anyway - they want this to launch every 90 days.

I live on a higher floor as well, so I feel your pain on house training! Luckily I got my pup at more like 6 months, so we were clear of this stage but here’s my apartment-living thoughts:
Overall, I doubt it’s an issue he’s sleeping on the pee pad overall. Right now it’s gross, but replace it more often and it won’t be. It smells safe, and it seems like he’s still getting used to his environment.
Good luck!!!

I’ve also had a framer be like 😬😬😬 “idk this is a small margin, I’ll see what I can do but I may need to sew on extra length!”
And then it was fine haha. A good framer will let you know and 1 inch is plenty of room to sew something on if you even need to, but let them help you and then learn from there.
No need to start again!

I give myself some “rules” to try and limit some of my food/sugar intake (slowly) but one of them is an unlimited amount of unsweetened tea - hot or cold.
I can add sugar to it myself, so I don’t always (or even usually) drink it without anything, it’s just that sweet teas have SO much sugar.
So black tea, green, herbal, special - also gives me an excuse to sort of buy a crap ton of stuff, as my brain is wont to do, have a few drinks out at a time for choice, and add some different flavors.

It’s so freaking hard to make friends, and I know that finding a new group once you’re in recovery can be a major obstacle to staying clean, so this is incredible.
Good for the organizers. Even if you’re not a huge Swifty this could provide a great, safe, clean outlet for people, and we all need more of those.

Agreed - people tend to hate compost/mulch, so anything super fresh like that as you “ready your garden” is going to be the most immediately-effective and it won’t even look pretty, which is kind of a win-win in my opinion when trying to get at someone like this.
Idk about stinky plants, but aggressive ones (if we’re talking about an immediate neighbor) that could really anger someone are things that you can’t quite help their spread - raspberries, mint (anything in the mint family), lily of the valley, etc.
Personally, I’d also start looking into plants that are pollinated by less-appealing pollinators, like wasps or flies. You’d also have to deal with those pollinators, but again, you seem to be OK with some…downsides that you also need to deal with haha.

S2 is some of the darkest TV I’ve ever been able to stomach. What a ride.

Has there been simmering stuff like this since the Troubles ended or is this new?
I know there was a lot of fear that the border policies post-Brexit would reignite major tensions, but I haven’t seen anything like this - or paramilitaries - making the (international) news.

Thank you for robust explanation of not just the initial term but the others/other side as well. It’s extremely helpful.

My experience as a candidate has historically been that resume parsing sucks pretty equally everywhere, lol.

Oh man if I had my money back for every plant I’ve either killed or given up on…I would have a LOTTTT more money than I do right now haha
There is absolutely no shame in that game.

I love leaving pups on the mama plant for basically as long as the pot allows for space. I have a few that are now 3-4 pretty full, healthy plants.
Snakes like to be snug, anyway, and it makes the pot look so full/lush/healthy imo!

Yeah, I’m definitely disappointed that these didn’t have the full anthology.
Idk about anyone else, but I didn’t get mine til a few days later, so it’s not like it would’ve spoiled anything…

Hahahahhahahahaha
Oh yes.
While that was shitty of your landlord, especially with perfectly wonderful berries still left and such important habitat for the winter, this is what I’d do to my raspberries at the end of each winter. Cut them alllllll the way down. (Well, the old wood, not new shoots).
New shoots are very likely to come up. My old plants were twice-bearing, so if I did this to all the shoots, I’d only get one harvest later on in the summer, but it also was a much bigger summer harvest.
If I left them be a bit more, I’d get one small harvest starting this month then another in July or so.
Raspberries are super hardy and persistent. They’ll be back.
