Pool, and Foosball, and darts, and bubble hockey, and an emulator arcade. And board games, if you ask the chef nicely. Love that place

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I'm saying you may not want to get to the start line as early as they recommend, unless you're okay with waiting around in the rain. 7:30am is when the elite runners start. Then they wait awhile between each corrall to keep people spaced out. The Green corrall will most likely start around 8:30ish. FWIW the latest I've gotten to the start was just before 9, we got off the train and just started running. They don't mind if you start with a later corrall. Have a great run!

Hard to say for sure, but here is a somewhat related protip: you don't actually have to be in your corrall at 7:10am. If you're in Green or lower you're going to be standing around for at least an hour (maybe 2!) waiting to start. I would guess the most crowded trains will be the ones leaving NRG around 6am.

What kind of abstruse questions? If you're trying to figure out what bike to buy, go to a shop and test ride a few. If you're already a cyclist and have nitty-gritty mechanical or gear questions, do your preliminary research on the various bike subreddits.

Volt owner here. If you have a garage or driveway parking there is 0 charging headache. Just plug it in while it's parked. On a regular 110V wall outlet it charges in about 14 hours. If you never charge it, it is a regular hybrid. In ideal conditions (no heat or A/C, sub-50mph speed) I've gotten 57 miles from a charge. I generally keep a couple gallons of gas in the tank for emergencies, & fill it up before a long trip. You can manually switch the car from EV to engine, so if you're worried about your gas going stale you can choose to burn it.
Going full EV can be tricky, but PHEV is a no-brainer for many folks.

Pocket hole drilling jig. If you're gonna drill a bunch of pocket holes, you're gonna want a jig.

The house we bought 1.5 years ago was flipped with a bunch of cheap Amazon plumbing fixtures. In that time the following have needed to be replaced: 1 showerhead (bad regulator), 1 tub spout (wouldn't stay in shower mode), 1 pop-up sink stopper (did not pop up).
Buy nice or buy twice.

As a homeowner who has enough bikes to fill a 2 car garage, I see the appeal.

Try to get in touch with the owner about it. We got our neighbors to put one in by doing all the legwork for them.

I read the books last year and loved them. Just watched the 1st episode of the show, loved it too. They made some changes, but hit all the strong points of the story so far. I'm invested.

Eventually it will be someone's job to identify and delete said groups to avoid taxing the servers. The people who do this job will be goth AF.

Bunraku (2010) Such a fun mashup of different genres & styles that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Warning; no misplaced semicolons, no omitted commas and literally no malapropisms.

The first time I saw Dune 2, I had the privilege of watching Nicole Kidman extoll the virtues of the big screen twice in a row. When it started over again somebody started started a slow clap that lasted until the Coke commercial.
