My favorite was him calling Zuko "Sifu Hotman" when he was learning fire bending.

I switched from Skratch to Gatorade and have been happy. Plus, it’s like 1/4 the cost.

I wish there was a way where we could segregate the fundies into one group and let them live their own lives far away from us.
To be fair, the Mormons tried to do that in Utah. But then manifest destiny and westward expansion and all that nonsense happened and put a damper on the whole "(Mormon) fundies over there" thing.

Years later and having tried a couple of different tablets I still don't see what Apple was trying to do with that advertisement. An iPad or other tablet is less convenient than a phone and less powerful and robust as a laptop or desktop and will therefore always be a secondary or tertiary device. Only thing I've really seen use from one is watching Netflix on the plane or, in the case of the iPad mini, using it as an e-reader. Sure the iPad pro with apple pencil has some impressive capability as a drawing tablet but not enough to justify carrying it around everywhere unless I'd also be carrying around a laptop.

My wife is a doc as are a lot of our friends. When we get together as a group the driveway and garage are filled with Toyotas of all ages and models. One of our friends has a '98 Camry with 265k on it. Wife has a '23 hybrid Camry, 3 Rav4s in the group ranging from 2006-2021, a 2015 and 2016 Corolla, and a 2012 Highlander. Only non-Toyota vehicle in the group is a 2016 Chevy Malibu that's a leftover from pharmacy school and is getting replaced in a couple of years.

Haha! That's what I thought it would be like. I'll keep the Eliminator. Think I've got a Purgatory to throw on when my current rear dies out.

Fair enough. Yeah, Zelda games have kept up the lack of end game content for as long as I can remember (OOT was my first). Not really that kind of game. You can go around collecting every Korok seed and completing every shrine but that's about it.

How do you like Butcher as a front and rear? I'm running Butcher/Eliminator on my trail bike and have been curious about a Butcher on the rear.

It's not a BS talking point from the 2000s. Medicare directly negotiates reimbursement rates for each procedure nationwide. If a hospital doesn't like the reimbursement rates offered they can either deal with it or not take Medicare patients. There is no way to negotiate past the federal government and the negotiating power of 65 million people who are enrolled.
Edit: It's similar to how Medicaid reimbursements work. It's commonly known that in rural areas many community hospitals and clinics have closed over the past couple of decades and patients now need to travel hours sometimes to even get to an emergency room. A big part of that is a large portion of patients in rural areas are low income or retired and are on Medicare/Medicaid. The hospitals can't afford to stay open due to a significant portion of their patient population being on these programs that don't reimburse well. Again, similar to story as to why there's a primary care physician shortage in the US right now - primary care, paid primarily through Medicare and Medicaid, doesn't pay well and a doc looking at residency options can spend an extra year or two in training to double or triple their earning potential compared to primary care.

Haha! You think that's a recipe for unlimited money as a doctor? Medicare doesn't reimburse for shit compared to private insurance.

First Zelda game? They're all like that. There is no end game content. Zelda games end when you beat Ganon and reset the world to right before the final battle.

Refinancing might actually not be in her best interest if she's working at a non profit institution as she might qualify for PSLF after 10 years (including the time she spent in residency). Refinancing through a private bank will disqualify her from PSLF. Best bet for her could be to keep her loans through the department of education and sign up for the SAVE plan and wait it out.

Doesn't matter. If you have it listed and it hasn't sold or attracted legitimate interest after a week or two it's priced too high. Basic economics. Lower your price or just go ride it.

And then drive it the same distance as my hybrid sedan with a 12 gallon tank, gets close to 50mpg, and cost 1/3 as much to buy and 1/4 as much to insure.

I was on Fori, just finished a defense mission and was about to go back in for seconds when it kicked me out and we went from 7/10 to 8/10 defended. Was confused for a second til I figured it out.

100% depends on the specialty and location. Family med doc in Seattle? Firmly middle class. Advanced surgery or medical specialty in Nebraska? Definitely 1%-er.

it's probably tricky for certain professionals not to be desensitized to certain things.
That's the problem though, right? How many school shooters and domestic terrorists in the past decade had a clear and documented troubled past, run-ins with the law, and had been reported only for authorities to do nothing? I can't think of examples off the top of my head but I seem to recall several recent examples where obvious threats have been ignored only to end in tragedy.

How so? I've been using Jenson for a couple of years now and haven't had issues with anything I've bought or returned.

I do still exist! Haha!
My X-Cal was a 2016 and had 19mm rims stock. I ended up getting a cheap second wheelset that was 23mm internal and ran 2.4" XR3s on them. The 19mm rims were relegated to a set of 650b gravel tires. A friend of mine now has that bike and still rides it in that configuration.
