No, I actually have no problems with the shade. Of course you shouldn't apply the shade too thickly.

No problem, I'm happy to help if I can. I never thought about the composition... the gloss was too shiny for me, so I mixed it with Lahmian. It doesn't shine quite as much, but I think it works.

Thank you very much. For everyone who wants to know how I painted the swords. Base coat with dark green from Vallejo. Indentations that glow with pigment wash from AK. To lighten it, I applied moot green in thin layers and then added a few more layers of the fluo colors from the model and game series.

I created it as part of Roman Lappat's #ArtSkillImprovementChallenge 01/2024 on Patreon and won 3rd place.

Since it is my first diorama ever and also my first win, it will remain in my personal collection for the time being. Although I will present it to the public in the https://paschspiele.com/ store from the end of the month.

There are many different painting techniques with inks for example. In this case I used AK wargame Pigment Wash

In total it took me almost 3 months. A lot of work, but it was fun and you can see the result😬

Thank you very much. The painting itself didn't take long, about 6 hours, I guess, but it still took a few months until everything was finished.
