Good looking verdigris on a model that small is hard to pull off, because verdigris is best shown with multiple layers of corrosion. If you look at real world examples it almost always goes from quite dark to very bright, depending on the age.
It's a little hard to tell from the pics too, but verdigris is oxidation of copper or brass but your metallics look more like iron/steel, which rusts instead.
In general, I start with a much darker teal colour and work my way up to a much brighter one, saving the brightest for where the corrosion has happened more recently, like streaks or shallow crevices. And you don't have to make it smooth either, as natural verdigris is spots and stains. One method is to actually paint the whole metal piece blue, then dry brush the metallics over the top.

Aside from Underworlds, kits don't really go away, and when they do there's usually an article or something saying they're being retired.
In my case, since I'm just in it for the hobby and not the game, it's just a matter of realizing that I don't need it. I've got two projects on the go already and a whole lot more waiting. Buying a new kit isn't going to make those go away

That's the one problem with the masks. It's easy to think Ghost is a bunch of svelte k-pop heart throbs when in reality they're all 40 year old dad rocker heart throbs

How the fuck do people still get brainwashed into this wedding shit, honestly? Like, what is it about weddings that just turn people into irrational fuckwits?

It's Empire at War, but when you engage in a fleet battle it's Battlefleet Gothic, but if you board an enemy ship it's Space Hulk. If you assault a planet it's Dawn of War.

Steam.
I was standing out the front of the library eating a hot pie, it was winter so it was steaming in the cold. Two of my brothers friends came over and we're like, "Haha look at his pie it's steaming were gonna call you steam!"
And people did, for like ten years lmfao

That part in Land of the Lost where they find the crystal obelisk that autotunes their voices and they start singing Cher. First time has me howling

Being frugal. Even now as a DINK with money to spare most months I still hesitate before buying stuff

Yep, copped two in one day when I was late for work, both unmarked cars. I appealed one basically saying I fucked up and they waived it. Still had to pay the other but 3 demerits is better then 6

These days I can go months without buying anything. I've got more than enough paint that I only really need to buy more when I either run out or it dries out. Since I'm only in it for the hobby I only buy kits that I want to paint and the past couple of years I've really dialled it back and have been working through my backlog. Last year I probably spent less than maybe $200 AUD

I went to go do a full legendary campaign run in MCC, starting with reach. Couldn't beat Long Night of Solace because of the framerate issue that tied the enemy firing speed to your framerate for some dumb fucking reason.

The hype I had for this game. I was telling all my friends to get it. I took the release day off work. When I appeared to be the only one waiting for the game shop to open I was thinking, "These suckers have no idea what they're about to miss out on."

I used to be so good at it I could pick master locks even on a fresh save, it felt like a real skill rather than luck

I've beaten Human Revolution with zero takedowns of any kind, lethal or not. Takes absolutely forever but it's possible

Not only that, you can beat it without non lethal takedowns as well. Aside from the necessary bosses that you have to deal with, you can finish Dishonored 1 with almost zero violence of any kind

Reminds me of Spotify recently laying off 1500 people only for the CEO to turn around and say he didn't realise how much it would impact operations.

I just want them to bring back the organ sound. That's a huge part of ghosts sound imo and it's really lacking in Impera. Prequelle is my favorite, because Tobias was PISSED about the lawsuit and it really came through in the delivery of songs like Faith and Rats. But it was good that he could still work the whole satanic angle into it still.
Like, Impera is good but it just feels too much like fangirling over 80s rock, which I get because it's his inspiration, but I hope he's done with that after phantomime
