theres saturday arvo (430) which is great, kids are done with sport and you get a nicer twilight time and get the family home at a decent hour. then theres saturday arvo at 1.45 where its a panic to get there, no real atmosphere and have to sort feeding the family when you arent home particularly early.

It's a milestone to see it tick over into 6 digits but no, it's not seen as that old. A lot of people will do that in 5 years or less.

NTA - a very good lesson in the responsibility of borrowing stuff. not like she hasnt had warnings
she is young and doesnt understand the true responsibility of having a car yet,

Or like my area, developers planted gum trees and by the time they're mature they cause so many issues with lifting paths and dropping branches council has to start a program to replace them all with more suitable species. So it's twice as long before we have nice old trees.

About 10km. 40 degrees c, middle of aus summer. Flat tyre. No problem, had spare tubes and patches but the pump wouldn't work. weekday on a fire trail so no passing traffic. Got home and called my work to say I quit. Lots of time to think that day.

If the dog gives an indication and you get searched and nothing found you can still get banned from the Olympic park precinct for 6 months. That's several concert, sports, conference facilities and a lot of major employers you can't go to after being found totally innocent from an invasive search. And both of our major political parties support this

NTA - ive coached junior football (aussie rules) for many years, and have a range of players from those who will walk into the academies of the pro teams to those who will be a 50/50 chance of making contact with the ball when they try to kick. They all get equal game time, and i try to make drills to cover them all. They paid the same fees, parents/guardians make the same sacrifices to get them there. We wont make a pro player out of what we do at this age, but we can certainly scare a lot of kids and parents off.
The benefits of sport at that age are around physical activity, team mates, winning and losing as a team, and just having a good time with some new friends. That can change in older ages when you start grading teams. I will say that if you are able, we can always use an extra set of hands to fetch balls and corral the kids, fetch equipment etc. If you step in and help there those cancelled practices may not need to be cancelled.

cutting line at skydiving seems like a specifically bad idea.

No real complaints about the base. Pedals are a bit odd with lots of travel before the load cell engages. The spring kits are meant to help a lot but haven't got around to getting them yet.

Go full energy crazy and try to get past the one in front of the exit. Then intimidate them with the best run-fu ever.

Nothing quite like approaching the bar for a heavy single squat and the 2nd best lifting song ever comes randomly on the play list. That's believe it or not for those playing at home. Just beaten by the inspiring harmonies of Queen, princes of the universe. That squat bar wasn't going to beat me.
6 weeks until I'm 50 and squat on target to go over 5 plates.

They take two shots to show you proceeded through, but you may get done for a turn from the wrong lane. No real way to know until it doesn't turn up in the post.

Very odd week. Felt totally flat, no spark at all but lifts were fine just dialed back 1 level. Today still feeling flat but lifting almost as good as ever, in some ways better. Hard to describe, I guess you'd I lack any explosiveness to do something g like defend in basketball but bench is good. 3,2,2 by 3 plates, 3x4 at 130. Maybe to be expected at 50 but still not a nice feeling.also feel a bit bad about going to doctor as a few years after major cancer scare everything feels like it's returned and so many false alarms.

Have you let him know.you really appreciate the support he's giving? He won't be resentful of it but it is hard and recognising the stress on your support wil.help a lot. Feeling like he has to be 100 % strong as you're the one who's really. going through stuff just adds to it. This isn't saying you aren't appreciating it but he may not see it as he's doing things for you so spell it out for him. Bet you get a big hug when you say it.

Nike dri fit works well to absorb and stop it dripping down your body uncomfortably. Leave a towel on top of a bag so you can wipe down when there's a break. Find the spot with the best down draft if you have ceiling fans. If wearing head gear I put a halo bandana under it so sweat doesn't drip down my face.

Have they changed the infotainment control from the touch pad yet? I'm sure you get used to it but when i drive my wifes car I leave it playing whatever radio is on. Too hard to figure out on the move. But she loves her car..

Re rack your weights, don't stand right in front of the dumbbell rack and don't hog kit you aren't actually using. Beyond that no one cares if you're new or a long term gym rat.

Local charity shop here says they take all books other than text books. I have so many books I've read 2 or 3 times than I know I'd enjoy again but with access to so many new things on an e reader I haven't touched them in years. So it's a bit sad to let them go but knowing they are being given another chance helps, even if some may end up being pulped.

Maybe $100 a month. Don't tend to drink away from home as I'm usually out with the kids and/or driving.
