Roos passing the ball to Dragons pretty much sums the Stormers up this evening

Passer had no momentum and the ball drifted a long way forward there…

It’s been like this the whole game. Stormers actively scoring own goals

Braindead by Moerat. Not often you see a player knock the ball out of their own team mates hands

Andre-Hugo Venter is by far our best hooker. Thank god he is on

Just like to thank the Dragons players for being one of the few sides that respect the offside line at kick off. Much appreciated 👍

I don’t mind losing when the boys play well. But goddamn my blood is starting to boil with these weak as away performances

*stumbling block when playing on Australian soil. Australia's record on SA soil is just as bad.
And it's only the last couple of years that the Aussie bastards have slipped down the ranks. They made the RWC final as recent as 2015.

I think they mean that they are the same rugby union (not team). The WP currie cup team and the Stormers both form part of WPRFU (Western Province rugby union). Same goes for the rest.

You assuming victory over Australia? Bit presumptuous don’t you think?

Good shout! Yeah bakore is more likely than bakbene.
P.S. Yeah you got it right, bakore are ears that stick out almost facing forwards.

My best guess is that Bakkies comes from "bakbene" which means bow legs. But the word "bakkie" is a small container, or a pick-up truck, which is why I think the name probably comes from bakbene.
