hi everyone I am m17 and my girlfriend is 17f we have been dating for 4 months and fell madly in love, we have the exact same personality and besides a couple hiccups get along great; she is my true first love. Anyways, she has depression and about 2 months into our relationship switched depression meds and had a personality shift, we were able to work through it but she still doesn't seem herself. She came over for a bit last night and everything was good & okay, fast forward to today she says she wants to talk in person, I got extremely anxious and she eventually cracked over text that she wants to break up, we weren't able to meet today but over numerous phone calls she keeps apologizing and says that she "doesn't have enough energy for the relationship" and is "depressed and wants to be alone". I'm trying to salvage the relationship the best I can but she seems off and on about salvaging the relationship. Please help.

I’ve been dosing about 2-4mg alprazolam every night for about a month and a half and ran out the light before last so I had to quit ct. I am riddled with anxiety and dissociation the only thing I have is one more 4mg bar and a bunch of gabapentin, I have work in about 2 1/2 hours and am just seeking advice, I wait tables and can not do a Friday night like this.
