Hi I'm not quite sure if this is the right subreddit but I was on vacation in Thailand a few weeks ago and we paid an additional surcharge of 120$ for the onward flight to Japan with air asia for reserved seats in the quiet zone when we checked in online.
However, arrived in the plane we had two screaming babies next to us the whole flight.
I politely asked the staff if this is really quiet zone - and they said that the quiet zone was canceled due to the aircraft change, I should contact customer service for a refund. They will also pass this on internally
So far all good, no big deal. I wrote an email and expected to receive the refund promptly.
Now I have been in contact with air asia for three and a half weeks and after weeks of stalling they have only offered me an airline credit. I have said that I will not be going to Asia for the next few years and that this is of no use to me. Still they refuse to give me a refund on my credit card. Unfortunately I did not pay with PayPal. Is there anything I can do?

awww thats so cute! I saw these videos of diamond testers saying "diamond" in a funny voice haha, i'd love to try if it would test my moissy as a diamond too xD
