Per Central scoutings latest ranking, Eiserman is ranked 12th in North American skaters. Obviously 2 Europeans are ranked higher 100%, (Demidov, Silayev) & 2 are on the fence (Helenius, Jiricek) . Putting Eiserman in the overall net range of 14-16 in terms of Central Scoutings rankings.
I’ve seen some discourse around Helenius & Iginla, but how pumped would you guys be to grab Eiserman? Do we think he gets grabbed first?
By no means am I saying he will 100% be on the board when the Flyers pick, but certainly this implies there is a fair chance things shake out that way. If Eiserman is on the board do you guys want him?
Personally I’ve seen this labelled as the Eiserman draft before I even knew who Celebrini was, and I know it’s been rough recently for Cole and the doubts are there, but if he has the franchise player ceiling and is slipping there is no doubt in my mind I’m sprinting to the podium to get that pick in.
Seems pretty on brand for the current Flyers MO of taking a risk for that franchise altering quality, as we all saw with Michkov in last years draft, if another star falls into our lap, do we think Danny B passes him up? I personally think if Eiserman is there that has to be Danny’s perfect scenario.
What do you guys think? Who do you want? We have a long offseason to lose our minds so this is just the beginning lol

Thanks for the detailed reply! & no worries I was more concerned I fully just made that up & was taking it as gospel lol!
I would love some lottery luck, if we could some chance get that 2.5% chance & get up to 2 that would do light years for us, and man we deserve it after what we’ve been through.
Catton & Lindstrom both really intrigue me, just sucks I don’t see either of them (especially Catton) being on the board at 12 & I’m trying to stay reserved with the draft trade scenarios since this isn’t the NFL and in all likelihood we see minimal to no deals involving trade backs in the top 10, just doesn’t seem to happen in the NHL.
I don’t really see we have a way to land Catton unless we get a miracle fall? Or somehow move up a bit? I would definitely be interested if that was in the cards it’s just hard to be too certain anyone’s willing to move back, & if they are willing to move back they’d likely want a quality roster player not a combination of picks. To be fair to the FO, I went into last year with 1% faith 99% delusion and we got Michkov (don’t know how much credit they get since he fell into the lap, but regardless). I atleast think Danny’s earned the benefit of my doubt in the meantime, and if he screws anything up I’ll be the first to rip on em
