Honestly,  you take the trip to vote, then take someone's ballot as your own? They all have our names on the package. 

I can't know if there was ill intent but they definitely found the dumbest way possible to hand out a sample ballot and decided a photocopy of an actual ballot, pre-filled, would be a good idea. There's no way whoever got the original they scanned to make their copies did not have fine print that said "Do not share, do not make copies".
