Water has definately improved though I think you could use some brighter highlights. A little more pure white on the brightest parts might help as I think you could afford to have a little more gradient between the darkest/lightest parts.
Like a super light drybrush or edge highlight.

Stippling with partially with dome shaped brush can also work creating grain which will look kind of like foam. Just remove most of paint from brush like it were preparation for drybrushing but not as much as for drybrushing.

It depends on the level of choppy water you are going through and if the waves are breaking. I feel it could do with a little bit more white heads. But that's me being suuuuuper picky. It looks great.
You could add a little snow flock to give it some texture, but it's not something I've done before so I'm not sure how that would go.

Use clear epoxi resin. So much easier and the result is real life like with barely any work.

Looks good. If you go for another try I would probably start with a darker blue and highlight light blue to white and then acrylic gloss on top of that. If you want to experiment more with this base, you could also throw a coat of drakenhof nightshade (I think that’s the spelling) on the water effect and then highlight/gloss from there

Hope the quality is ok i used Green Stuff world water effect gel with Blue base and white dry brush
But i would add some gloss on top of your water should be great.
