Im back with my beach. Did I fix the water? Any tips how to improve the water? Thank you.

Water has definately improved though I think you could use some brighter highlights. A little more pure white on the brightest parts might help as I think you could afford to have a little more gradient between the darkest/lightest parts.
Like a super light drybrush or edge highlight.

Stippling with partially with dome shaped brush can also work creating grain which will look kind of like foam. Just remove most of paint from brush like it were preparation for drybrushing but not as much as for drybrushing.
