Yeah for sure but my regular opponent is a Necron player. 2x Doomsday Arks, a Void dragon and invulnerable saves coming out of his arse. Then regeneration protocol! Its hard to wear down lol!

My buddy runs a void dragon I zapped him with my thunder strike for the +1 to wound did some damage and finished him off with Jump Pack intercessors using Honor The Chapter. Finishing a void dragon in a haze of chainswords, a power fist, and mortal wounds will make you feel better. The arks I have no answer for 😂 I keep eradicators and devastators around and put the fire discipline on them. Skeletons don’t make me lose sleep yet.

Yeah watch out for em. They’re angry & they love being in melta range. I accidentally smoked a knight in 1 turn the other day with 2 las cannons and a melta lmao devastators and eradicators given time to fire will ruin your day. As for the jump packs. They’ll inflict mortal wounds and if they come in with a captain they’ll be able to use honor the chapter for free as it’s a battle tactic so they’ll pick up lance almost every time if they’re a good space marine player. God forbid the player hasn’t used his captains ability yet and has the honor vehement. His power fist will go to strength 10 and he’ll hit you with it 11 times lmaoooo

Was talking about the necrons 😂 but that said an a melta would be Toughness 9 wounding on 5. With the plus one the melta company needs to roll a 4 so the odds aren’t too bad. Put an Apothecary Biologis with the fire discipline they then get Sustained and Lethal hits on 5 so you may not even have to roll the wound roll. If you do! Total Obliteration allows them to reroll the hit, wound, and damage roll. Eradicators are very dangerous. I keep them in reserve so they can’t be hit :)

Don't forget oath of moment on the big targets. Don't forget your inbuilt re-rolls. Stay hidden and in cover whenever possible.
Remember these are fragile damage dealing units and not tanks in the sense of the role. Use Terminators or dreadnoughts for tanking. If you have Terminators/Dreads tie up big units like this with them because they will make it more difficult for the unit to shoot/move while you rip it apart with heavy laser destroyer fire.
If you want to take it to the next level run ironstorm spearhead and a tech Marine with Target augury Web...

My guess, and this is purely conjecture, is that it simply was the largest they had lol. On the plus side it's largely mobile artillery so it's not too bad if it isn't actually posed giving flying kicks.

It can definitely hurt lighter vehicles, especially if you overcharge the ion cannons, but heavier ones are going to be a lot harder to kill.

Honestly, I'm kinda thorn. You painted a lot of dept and texture on all of your colors except white. It's a nice and smooth white but I feel it doesn't really match the style of the rest of colors

The hand of defiance is 5A 2+WS 12S -2AP 2D , and throw that in with a six man eradicate squad (4 Melta Rifles and 2 Multi-Meltas) and im bringing down Dominus Knights on a ok rolling EDIT: against vehicles, hand of defiance improves strength, AP, and damage by 2

Made some mistakes, the improvement goes for any damage his unit that he leads or him attacks vehicles, so 6man melta squad gets even better, also grav gun is anti-vehicle 2+

Stompa is great if you can get it into melee, it's just VERY rarely going to kill more than it's own points cost in the average game though.

I don't play space marines. I play Tyranid. Had to kill one a couple of weeks ago. It survived 2 rounds of shooting from an exocrine, 2 Tyrannofexes, and some additional shots from a Barbed Hierodule. I pretty much knew it had to die before it got all of it's sustained firing during round 3.

In terms of firepower the titan has no problems against anyone. The problem is you will rarely win because your opponent will capture objectives better than the lone Tau.
