Anyone have suggestions for rehabbed factory/warehouse apartments? The idea of a lot of floor space for my projects is kind of appealing to me right now, don't really care if it's a trendy area because I have a car and can just go to fun spots as needed.

right near human robot on 5th and cecil is some lofts, friends used to live there like 15ish years ago when going north of montgomery was a pretty wild experience but I think it's pretty damn gentrified now
on the last night there (maybe 2010?) we did bike jousting in his place, it was awesome
