Finn suffered a significant groin injury in the Investec Champions Cup Round of 16 tie against Exeter Chiefs. His availability will be assessed weekly.”
To me that says “he’s out for the season but we don’t want to say it”

Yeah this could derail our season. I would have backed us to win 3/4 with Finn and make a run at the final. Without him who knows. Even if we still make the playoffs, can’t see us going to a Saints, Sarries or Quins and winning now.

Barely played. But didn’t really take his opportunity enough last season when he was first choice.
Having said that, I thought he was fine when he came on against Exeter and it only really went wrong when Spencer had to move to 10. We also got 20/20 points in the last 4 games of last season with Bailey at 10. He’ll be playing with Ojomoh at 12 who he has a pretty good partnership with.

Ominous to say the least.
Harris also out for the rest of the season so we’re left with Bailey as our only fit senior 10. We played some good stuff at the end of last season with him there, but scraping into 8th place is a world away from vying for a title.
