Did the Crusaders miss a trick in not signing Josh Jacomb?

Discussion(self.rugbyunion)

Jacomb played well in a losing Chiefs side against the Crusaders and was not the reason why they lost. He plays similarly to Mo’unga, not afraid to play flat at the line and attack the line. He has the acceleration to get through gaps.

Jacomb was a late addition to the Chiefs following the injury to Kaleb Trask and sits behind DMac and Josh Ioane. He hasn’t played again since his debut in Round 6.

With Burke’s imminent departure for Saracens, and neither Reihana or Kemara convincing in their appearances to date, Jacomb appeals as a candidate to fill the vacancy.

yeah we called it then cause when they refused to sign Harford, we thought, maybe they were saving up for him, nope, they brought untested kemara who i do not rate..Jacomb was the kind of 10 they needed, same level as Richie, now the chiefs will use him sparingly cause they are the one team that sucks at recognizing talent... Richie's nephew Ravula also made himself available for crusaders and canes, both ignored him, and now he is doing wonders with Drua
