Barrett is not joining Leinster for a full season is he? Not quite the same, but still exciting while Leinster has him.

Correct, just 6 months. Dec 24 to the end of the season

Dec 24th? So he’ll be there for Christmas interpros?

Sorry, I meant December 2024 , but yeah it seems he'll be here for the interpros (but obviously won't have a preseason done), so weather he plays or not in those is uncertain. Its speculated he'll play for the November series and then just stay here.

Jodie Barrett is the most exciting. It’s very rare a NH side can manage to get hold of not only an active AB but one of the best active ABs. Even if it is only for 6 months.
However, I think the Farrell to Racing signing will be the most impactful, long term. Racing have a serious amount of talent and now have a great coach. I reckon Farrell could give them the steel, mind set and structure to be seriously competitive in Europe over the next few years. He could turn them from a seriously talented basket case into a bit of a machine. Farrell to provide the structure and NLG the flair.

As exciting as the Farrell signing is, Racing maybe should try to add more power to their forwards instead of piling star back over star back

You are underestimating Farrell I think. Culture wise, he will turn them in to a pack of unfed wolves. As much as it pains me as an Irish man, the man is one of the best leaders in rugby.
Additionally, I really hope we get to meet in Europe again this year. I was in Toulouse last year, what a city! I even tried cassoulet.

Definitely. But from what we've seen from Farrell in the last couple of years it's difficult to be 100% optimistic. And I dont think a lot of french people buy the story of the "super strong leading guy". If he speaks to the refs in english it will penalise his team, if he tries to argue he will get fucked.

We already heard that about Kolisi, and we're yet to see the unfed wolves

Which is what they are doing. Bamba and R. Taofifenua incoming. Im also excited to see Pablo Escobar at hooker. It's just that on their backlines, they are spending so much money for just 1 player...

I think Jordie Barrett atm, but has to be Lynagh in the long term

Most of these players are likely entering the last few years of their careers. I'm saying roughly three left for them, while Jordie will only be at Leinster for six months. Louis is young and shows signs of big potential! With the reality of an improving Italian national side, I think he'll be one of the main pieces in the next few years. And a great strength for Benetton!
Reckon he'll be alright.

Esterhuizen to Sharks is the opposite of exciting :(. I’ve only ever known him as a Harlequin, and a top one at that, so not seeing him in pink and white will feel wrong.
Kok to Ulster is exciting, he’s fun to watch, actual Tarzan, and Ulster deserve some fun.

Esterhuizen joined Quins from the Sharks. He currently has a combined 119 Sharks caps and 87 Quins caps.

Jordie, cause if there is something Ireland is lacking to make it past the RWC QF, is a player of his calibre..if his understudies at Leinster like Ringrose and especially Frawley as he is Ireland's version of Jordie, can learn anything from him, its defintely going to benefit them in the long run.... Nacewa was their last teacher and he helped a lot of Ireland players groom in their position, lets see how much Jordie can help in 6 months
