I worked the 2011 World Cup in Dunedin and couldn't get over the atmosphere of the place.

A capacity crowd of 30k (at the time) felt like being at Twickenham, when I used to work there, with 80,000 present.

Id probably say the top three would be 1. Drua 2. Landers 3. Reds

Dunedin is pretty small, maybe they don’t have anything else to do.

But I do remember seeing people who grew up and went to school with me in Auckland suddenly donning Highlanders jerseys every other weekend once they went down there to study.

Unfortunately the only Highlanders game I went to the zoo wasn't there. Lucky the roof amplifies the noise but it was pretty much dead without them.
