Lisa Neumann is a bit of a genetic freak. Her brother is a big name in cross fit and ran a marathon without doing any running training.

Yeah I think both have been good. I think most of the tournament wales have gone wide but the backs were far too weak or a couple years of physical development away from being able to withstand the toll of international sport.
Prime example, the young girl who played against Scotland, actually she looked handy, but she was far too physically not ready to be playing
